I needed an app to create a professional section of my website, where certain customers could apply, get approved by my team, and then have access to special prices after logging in. After a lot of research, and some emails with the BSSCommerce developers and salespeople and others, I installed B2B/Wholesale Solution, and B2B/Login & Lock Pages. It has been going great. The apps do exactly what I need, and the support I get when needed is very prompt and knowledgeable. They have even met with me and shared a screen at one point to help had it set up properly to my customized needs, including to figure out what subscription tier I needed to keep my subscription only to the level necessary. This app does everything is promises! The extra service by Nguyen Van Huan and Joy really makes this a customerfriendly app and app-developer.

I needed to quick answer to having a single page be accessed with a password. B2B was easy to use and did exactly what we needed. When setting up my locked page I needed to add my brand colors and clean up a section of the page that I could not access. I emailed support and within hours, they made the changes for me. It was remarkably fast support from Jonas and Nguyen and was very welcome.

Particularly, Joy and Hoang Van Luan went above and beyond what we could have anticipated in their support of us during the setup process. I needed help with certain problems, so I contacted the support agents and the dev team. Joy was a true listener who is willing to listen to my voice. Every problem I raised was resolved by the entire team, for both of their apps including the LTSP and the QB. Dev Hoang Van Luan even helps me to install the code and there's no doubt that he's really good at this. I wonder which institution he has graduated so that he's really excellent in the technical issues. He even helps me to hide the price before I request. He and Joy even guide me to set up things well in detail, though I have read the user guide and there are many words so there might be parts that I can miss. They truly deserve the badge for top service of the year! I wish that they could be proposed for higher praise so that their đeication to customers like me will be recorded. I have worked with them for 2 months and they still serve me with the same amazing attitude: Supportive and energetic. This is highly recommended for you all to have a try at this app. I know that these words cannot describe how much thanks to you guys but I'm really impressed by the whole team. I highly recommend this App. I have ever tried several Apps. I don't have any coding background. Other App always requires me to copy and paste the code. I totally lost and no idea at all. This is the easiest and the most convenient one. All what I need to do is simplly install the APP. Also, they have fantastic customer service. It makes me feel I dont only buy the products but also service. Due to a technical issue, I can still see the price without login if I access to the product page. Nguyen Dinh Khanh and Jonas provide me with instant technical support to resolve my issues.

I downloaded this app to improve my B2B sales and better manage customer relationships. I have different customers which are in different segments of the market, therefore a major issue for me was that customers should only be able to see the products related to their segment on my website. I found this app which was perfectly aimed at achieving that goal. Initially I faced some issues while setting up. B2B Login/Lock and Hide price is an invaluable tool for my business. It does exactly what it is advertised to do. We are able to restrict access to the webstore to wholesale buyers while being able to display our product lines. The support team is amazing and has been super helpful with implementation. I am using this app for a huge sale we do every year to keep patients out while I add everything to the sale page. It works wonderfully. The only issue I had was fixed promptly by customer service. 5 stars!

I think it's really the best for a particular login function and a function that categorizes customers to show prices or limit access to a particular page. If you are looking for apps with similar features, I strongly recommend B2B's apps. I have arranged the details of the parts that feel as complicated as the functions are various, and it was good to be able to customize the design of the page according to my site. Above all, really friendly and detailed consultation with a consultant named Jena gave me the best service experience. I also thank the developer Trinh Viet Anh for quick page customization. Especially, I am grateful to Jena for giving me a kind explanation and accurate answer even if I ask questions many times repeatedly because I do not understand well. When I asked for the function I wanted but currently not working, I heard the answer that she will report to the development team that they would update it in the future, so I am looking forward to future updates.
