Aplicación 100% fiable y segura cumple con las necesidades y mas, al instalar la APP se tuvieron algunos errores y no funcionaba bien, lo que entiendo ya que cada tema o personalización es diferente. Pero gracias a la atención brindada por Jolie Nguyen quien hizo un magnifico trabajo revisando los problemas y transmitiendo mis necesidades al técnico Le Trung Dong y Nguyen Van Huan quien sin duda supo solucionar todos los inconvenientes y supo programar y plasmar mis necesidades. Sin duda la aplicación es buena, pero no seria tan buena si no contara con un soporte técnico tan bueno. Recomendado 100%

Good job BSS team! Thanks so much to my support agent Joy Nguyen and dev guys Cao Xuan Cuong, Le Trung Dong, Hoang Van Tien, Pham Van Quyen who quickly resolved my issue. More specifically, I have some questions about the 2 apps and Joy Nguyen gives me answers well. Then, I have some difficulty in restyling the force login page and login age, as well as registeration page too. Then I contact Joy and receive the reply that the dev team can customize for free if I can give then detailed mockup design of my expectation. Why should I hesitate to do that? Of course I am willing to send them my mockup design so that they understand what I want, and they come back to me with very good result. You guys can go into my page and see that the pages are so nice! I love it! BSS app is quite friendly to use and functional also. You guys are great: You have amazing support team and good app. You can grow your service and sales more for more customers. I am more than happy for this customer support! They are patient, friendly, supportive and cute! I don't usually write reviews but BSS support team gives me a second thought about this time. i will continue collaborate with you guys and if I may have any further issues, I will be more than happy to come back to you guys again.

Terrible customer support. I uninstalled the app 7 hours ago and the apps is still functioning on my site (even though I uninstalled it). As a results users are unable to access my site. 7 hours after I contacted the app support nobody came back to me, so basically I wasted the whole working day with users not being able to access my site just because the app can´t be uninstalled and the support team is not coming back to me whatsoever regarding this issue. Even Shopify support was not able to help on this one and told me that basically, I depend on the B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price dev team to solve this issue, which seems to be a ghost team.

We are very happy with the application. At first we didn't understand how to use it and it didnt comply to our shopify theme, but the support is amazing. Jolie Nguyen and the technician's (Nguyen Xuan Hoang and Cao Xuan Cuong) helpt us every step to set up everything to work perfectly. They made all the changes we needed and even made the look and feel of there options fit well with our website. We also have the add on app Wholesale Solution and the same story for that application. The good service team makes it work so easy. So we really recommend using there applications.

The app works flawlessly. We were looking for an app that hides our prices as long as the customer was not logged in. With this app we finally found a solution. The installation was very easy. Thanks to the help of Nguyen Tien Hau and Cao Xuan Cuong, we were able to resolve the last technical issues. Thank you very much!

The app pretty much does what it is supposed to, but that is also kind of expected. What's not as expected is the amazing support interactions with Joy Nguyen and the technicians Hoang Van Luan, Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Trinh Viet Anh. Whatever issue I found on the way they made sure to fix as fast as possible. Sometimes it was a challenge being is widely different timezones while bouncing emails back and forth but the team always delivered. I would recommended this to anyone.

This app is exactly what we needed for certain areas on our site. We had to contact support to get help with our custom theme and get it looking how we wanted. Joy Nguyen and the technician Nguyen Van Huan were amazing. They immediately logged in and fixed everything, answered my questions and giving me enough information for our team to make changes ourselves in future. I have used the app for a week now and it performs well. I am reassured that the support is so responsive.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the time zone difference, so you only get a reply once a day and late at night. But that's personally OK with me because every time we've had an issue, we log in in the morning and the correct answer is always waiting for us. They have always been able to solve our issues

I found BSS Commerce on the Shopify app store and I’ve been thrilled with their level of support so far. Each night I send over questions and requirements and they do their best to accommodate me as soon as they can. My site is a wholesale site and we need to block pricing from our competitors and only show them to approved customers. This meant that I needed to find a solution on the Shopify App store that would accommodate these requirements. I’m new to Shopify and Emma along with her developers Hoang and Nguyen have been able to get me everything I need to help my customers navigate my new site.

Had a very positive experience with customer service. Responsive and helpful in a timely manner. I was having difficulty creating a global rule using their application because we had some custom URLs that also needed it locked with extra url-parameters (for filtering on a custom app). I was also having difficulty getting it to accept the final "/" in the rule. Not only did they solve the issue quickly, but they even anticipated the extra-url parameters issue without me having to ask. Joy Nguyen and Nguyen Van Huan were excellent to work with. No muss, no fuss.

Very unhelpful that you can't test any options of the app except when you pay first. What app makes you pay before you can try it, what happened to even a couple of days free trial? the app didn't work for me and little uninstalled it 5min later after testing the function and still got charged. If you would have trust in your product you would not operate like this.

Emma provided assistance not only with the app settings but also with Shopify settings that affected how the app interacted with them. I advise everyone who needs specialized B2B solutions so that their customer interactions can function in a particular way to use these apps. The customer service is so exceptional that they spend numerous hours and exchange several emails to ensure everything is perfect. I heartily endorse these apps. I needed custom features for my new website, and the team really worked hard to make the apps fit into my requirements, changing around Shopify presets and code for me as well, etc. The features on this app are awesome; they seem to fit in well with the features in the other apps and all work together to complete their purpose. They communicated effectively, understood what I required, and resolved my problems with little explanation. I tried to download other B2B applications previous to finding these and they had worthless features that made utilizing them very hard, I highly rate these B2B apps.

It is easy to set up on your own, but as we wanted even more detailed customization, we reached out to Jena and her team - we received an the exceptional level of support from Jena and Dev Nguyen, and it didn't matter how many times we'd go back to ask for more changes they kept working on them until it was perfect for what we wanted and needed. Their level of expertise and knowledge of the app was fantastic, and they were able to help me troubleshoot and resolve any issues that I encountered which made us as an app user feel valued and looked after, and confident if there were ever any issues in future that we could reach out for help. OMG Emma and the team were awesome in helping me setup the 3 apps that worked together to bring the settings that i needed to the webpage. Not only did Emma help with the app settings but also helped with shopify settings in regards to how they interacted with the app. I recommend these apps to anyone who needs custom B2B solutions so that their customers interactions can work in a specific way. I found the B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price app 3-4 days before my site went live but after having tried 3-4 other apps I had left a trail of destruction and could not get B2B Login to work for all the logic required, I was tired and bleary eyed too. I emailed B2B Login support and Joy Nguyen responded almost immediately. When she was not available Nguyen Van Huan stepped in. When Joy came back she got everything working.

The service i received was 10/10! Emma and Nguyen Xuan Hoang promptly resolved my issues i was having. They got the app working on my site in no time and now i have a fully functional wholesale site. My key requirements were to ensure that only registered customers would be able to see my product prices and the team got this function working in no time. Now each of my products states 'Login to view prices'. They even went as far as customising the 'login to view prices' button to fit in with my website theme. Great team, great app, easy to use, highly recommend!!!
