I just transferred over to this app from Mailchimp and am happy I did! Their customer service is amazing! Jasmine has answered my questions so quickly! So far I feel it is superior to Mailchimp with all the customization with email layouts and customer journey emails. Glad I have switched!

This is THE BEST email marketing platform I have ever used! In the passed I've used all the big and the small platforms. But this is just such an amazing experience. The team is based in Singapore, but when they are "online" their support is just top notch! And their platform is so so easy and intuitive to use. It even balances the layout automatically with one block with image to the left and text to the right, next added is the other way around! Small things that just means so much. aaaannnndddddd! there is one more! The segment features are outstanding! So easy to build segments based on almost everything! Purchase history, locations everything!!! Get this one, you will not be disappointed! Did i mention the AMAZING support???

The team at Avada is awesome, I was having issues with importing contacts and adding them to a flow, I was at the point of unisntalling the app as I was really frustrated due to the app limitation. But the team stepped in and found a solution to the problem. Thank you guys.

I worked on something with newsletter. I lost it. The Support assisted me quickly. Thank Candace! Great Support! and also Thank Jalal to show me where to find something I need to edit so quickly.

this app is amazing. Great customer service and UI design. I had some issues and Jasmine helped me out promptly. Very patient and welcoming. I definitely recommend it.

Really good app! Lot's of features, but used all of them as well! Great support staff, and pricing! I've explored Klaviyo briefly but I believe that you can do more with Avada! the only thing I would say they're lacking a little on is the integration with other apps. Candace, Jasmine and Rainy are all great help!

We are still in the early stages of using this app and really applying all the features to our communication. However what we have seen and especially the help and support from AVA is fast, helpful, professional and efficient. we are never left unanswered and the serviceteam are hands on and ready to help with setups and get us going in the best way.

Not sure how they received 5 stars. This app has given me so many problems over the last few months. Ive tried to be patient but when emails don't send out when you schedule them or even select "send now", coupon codes generate by themselves and send out randomly, the segments are never accurate and we cant rely on them, this has caused a bit of frustration for many of my clients. I like the convenience of the automations and segments but its not worth the frustration. :(. Customer service is ok but they are not available during USA hours. I hope no one else experiences the glitches I have had with this app and the customer service seems to be available off and on at different times and they respond when they want.
