Recentemente tive um problema de configuração do formulário mais Dayse me surpreendeu bastante com seu suporte e resolveu tudo em menos de 1 hora. Atualização: Enfrento muitos problemas de atualização ainda. Não consigo utilizar a ferramenta da melhor maneira. Agora mesmo tento salvar a campanha e a página carrega e volta para a antiga configuração. Estou prestes a desistir do app, embora o layout e toda a parte intuitiva do app sejam excelentes. Pena que não está funcionando bem.

AVA Email app has a ton of customizable email automation options. Jasmine has been a great help with all of my questions!

I have had a great experience with Avada so far. Rainy was ever so helpful with things I couldn't work out due to not being tech-savy. Candace provided some great service. For Candace, i can provide 5 stars, but for Avada i will put 4 stars. Only because for the time being as i wish to use the software more before really providing a 5 star review.

It's pretty good so far, love it! I love how it syncs your contacts back to shopify, a lot of the other apps don't do that.

I've revised my earlier review due to their stellar support from the team, including Rainy, Candace, Zee, Jalal, Thomas, Daisy and Liz. I look forward to see the app be continually improved as time goes on. I lost extensive progress on detailed automations twice, including the entire workflow and the emails inside. I'd say this is completely unacceptable. It seems like this has only happened to me, so take from that what you will.
