I'm enjoying what I've seen so far. As I am starting this business, I do not have experience in online marketing and I will enlist Avada's help.

Good customer support from Liz. Very quick response time and keeps you up to date on matters. Still waiting to test certain features on the trail version.

Rainy contacted me One minute after downloading the app and added me on ‎WhatsApp so she can give me awesome communication and support. She’s helping me set up the common workflows that generally do a good ROI. Not to put any company down but I definitely Would refer Avada over Omni send any day!

Daisy helped with the domain verification process (as I ran into a small issue). All nice an smooth. App looks to be what I need for my store and setup so far seems good.

We use AVADA for welcome email automation. It's an awsome app for email automation. I like that you can set up 1 automation for free to try it out or if you just need 1 you can stay free. Thanks to Cadance, Liz and Rainy from the support team - very helpfull.

i'm using the app for email marketing, the interface is easy to use, customer service is very helpful

After have difficulty editing the context of the templates with my Apple product I decided to try my Asus computer and IT WORKED and I am so HAPPY. Jasmine also assisted me with a few other things and made some recommendations for the future and I want to say thank you AVA for having people on your team that care.

Great app to have. The staff at Avada is extremely supportive of the product and are there for you. I had Jasmine help me out on setting up everything from popup, return workflow, abandon cart campaign , and setting everything to best practice. So Jasmine you get 2 thumbs and five stars. The people are so helpful I had Jasmine and Daisy help me with a number of issues. They were so helpful and patient in walking me through it and going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable navigating this app. They need a raise ASAP.

This is a great app to use to recover abandoned checkout. The customer service team is really great and helpful. Spoke to Lucy, one of the customer service members, she is really great. She is really helpful and explain everything well. She got good patience level.

I have started using this app - it's an extremely useful tool to start your marketing campaigns with. I am currently on the free plan and this has enough features to get you started. Their online chat is very helpful too - had some questions and Candace was a great help!
