Very good and quick help from Lydia. She helped me testing my Email Marketing Workflows and solved an issue for me.

We have tried lots of different Emai/SMS Marketing platforms, and this is the best one so far. Lydia and Tony have been super helpful whenever we experienced some small issues, and overall we're very happy. 10/10!

Avada Email Marketing and SMS is a must have for your Shopify online store. This is a wonderful app. It was hard to set up the template email, and I spend more hours doing that but had no success. One of the Avada team, named Jasmine, helps me a lot to set up the email marketing very quickly. I recommend this app and rate five stars.

I absolutely love Avada's apps! From the moment I downloaded the app, I knew I was in for a treat. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and exceptionally user-friendly. But what really sets Avada apart is their top-notch customer service. I had a particular issue that I couldn't resolve myself, and that's when Hana from their support team stepped in. Her assistance was incredibly warm and attentive. Thanks to Hana, my problem was perfectly resolved in no time at all.

Love this app. The are very helpful and responsive on the chat which really helps. I am a newbie at this and having the people on the chat to help me has been a lifesaver. Emily was great to work with.

Customer support is excellent, Emily helped me out with my issue and was very nice to me. The app is working amazing too and it's so easy to customize emails to send to my customers.

Hi after using it we needed to export ours 1885 contacts, Avada forced us to get their pay plan to get our own contact. This is simply a robbery. Please dont dowload this app they will rob your email contacts We also wrote an email to the shopify team to delete their app from the shopify appstore.

they spam my email for internal glitched emails every 5-10 minutes for a past 2-3 weeks, i contacting them every day to solve the problem. nobody care, never received any feedback from them. support is useless. asked to provide contact of supervisor, to aware of the problem. guess what nothing. they trashed our corporate email . i can't find any useful email from my customers because, they sent a tousand of email for a past 2 weeks. want to delete this shit and forget . give you 24h

Ava Email is easy to operate and allows for automation and email subscription pop-ups. It makes my website more complete. But when I hit a small snag in the design section, Liz was able to solve my problem quickly! Thanks to Liz being able to solve my problem, I was able to design my popup in no time.

I'm enjoying the app so far. I did experience a slight issue in being able to see my pop-up banner, but the service representative, Esther was able to help. She was courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

Just tried out the Avada app for new pop-up forms on my site – it's a game-changer! The app's interface is smooth and user-friendly, perfect for customizing forms. But the real star here is Esther from support. She's a wizard! Had a hiccup activating the forms, messaged her, and boom , problem solved. Highly Recommend this app!!!

This app and the company's customer service is amazing! Even though it took 20 minutes to resolve my issue, I was so satisfied with my emails now! Emily helped a lot and I hope you all will be able to experience her warmness!

I love that the app is easy to use. The provided templates are great when you're in a rush or you can completely create your own from scratch. Anytime we have ever had an issue or question, the support staff was helpful and quick to respond. Hana was a HUGE help. Over and above.

Avada is very good. The support is very nice. Liz and Abby have been sweethearts in helping me through to the process. Only the push notifications don't work for me, but to compensate that they have given me free access for a month without charging and have promised to solve it within the one month time period. I am quite delighted with the product.
