I just started using this awesome application. It has so many possibilities. I had some small issues at the beginning, that were solved with outstanding + fast support. I can highly recommend using this application and use the support in case of a issue.

This is my second store, and I did not hesitate a second in using Avada for my email marketing needs. The support is fantastic: - Chat option -Always available -No long wait time -Get a transcript of the conversation sent automatically, so I can refer to it for later use - Support team is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient (*they just solve, or fix my issues right there and then, and it's always been very quick!) *Today I dealt with Esther & she was "The Bomb"! The reasons why I like Avada: - Clean & sophisticated look - The free plan has wayyyyyyy more than what new businesses need ( number of contacts, emails, types of forms to collect emails... - I can do it all on my phone - The email templates come with template text, so I just have to tweak it and enable! I like it simple, clean, and easy to implement. If you want to start a newsletter, set up freebies, send out coupons... you should definitely check them out!

Avada is the best EDM tool out there, 10 out of 10, switch from Omnisend. Easy to use and provide enough amazing email temples, Sunny from the support team helps me a lot!

So far so good, hopefully it does everything we need. We do have to say they have an awesome support team. Had an issue with the installation and Hana quickly helped us out.

Its a little difficult to get the hang of since the workflows have a lot of terminology that can be confusing, but the support was very helpful. I worked with Esther in the chat and she was able to fix some issues I had and help with with work arounds. All in all I think there are some improvements that can be made, but the value is there and the price is right so I like this app so far!

Even if there is the slightest problem, there is excellent customer support that immediately comes to the rescue.

Very easy to use , and the function are useful for us. It provide many template for us to send EDM. Most important of all is the support team "Hana" very nice and take care of our experience .
