I love this Avada email marketing and text messaging platform! The platform’s user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Even team members with minimal technical experience can quickly learn to use it effectively. Jasmine support is excellent. She was responsive,ready to help with any questions I had. This marketing automation platform takes our marketing efforts to new heights. It's a must-have for any business looking to optimize their marketing processes, become more efficient and achieve better results. I highly recommend it!

Very clean and easy to understand with a beautiful user interface and very fast support 24/7, Liz from Avada helped me solve many problems with professional when I was setting up workflows.

We've just got started using Avada Email Marketing & SMS but so far it has been pretty amazing! It immediately suggests what you should do upon opening the app and one of the first things we needed was a pop up for our site. They offer some great templates for popups but even if you choose one of the templates, it is highly customizable. You can make it match your store and add custom CSS if you need to. Next up is creating workflows to welcome new customers and for abandoned shopping carts. That is customizable too, and they have great templates you can create for your transaction emails in shopify. This app offers a lot of features and I mean a lot of really good ones. You can't go wrong by installing this app and using it for your email and marketing needs. The support has been fantastic, "Hana" has been ready and available to help me with any questions or problems I run into. I look forward to using all this app has to offer! And I definitely look forward to help from Hana should I need it.

Great app with wonderful customer service. A chat helper, Jasmine, imported all 500 contacts from Wix to my shopify for me.

Had an issue with the pop up not showing up. But thanks to Avada support especially Emily who promptly helped in resolving it.

This is an app that you think does the job, but in the background it ruins your theme. The app made my theme not work as it should, although I contacted the support and they "tried" to help me, they blame it on my theme, when it turned out that the error is their codes that blocked several functions in my store.

Excellent App. It works perfectly and doesn't affect the website speed or performance. Liz who was the customer service agent helped me navigate my way around the app and is always available. She really made it easy. Thank you

Very good app, with a very easy interface, It helped me to add an SMS feature to my website, I had 1 or 2 douts regarding pricing, and Hana from the live chat support team helped me to clear my doubts in a professional and friendly way, you have good support persons.

Avada has great customer service! Abby was super helpful in getting my forms and welcome flow set up!

Great support! I have no IT/tech background and I am trying to teach myself as I go. Everything so far with Avada has been easy, the support team has been wonderful and provides a quick response.

A pesar de que Liz es maravillosa, el cartel de bienvenida no se ajusta a los moviles algo imprescindible y despues no se porque quieren acceder todo el tiempo a tu tienda en shopify y que le des acceso a todas las aplicaciones, algo inexplicable, voy a desconectar todas estas apps que de verdad son raras. Ademas es constante no puedo ayudarte si no me das el codigo de colaborador de tu tienda.

Functionality is good but worst customer service of any app I have installed in 6 years. If you only need basic support via their chat you should be fine but any other issues they ( pretty sure it's just one person behind all these apps actually ) say that they are going to send to their " technical team " and NEVER hear back. Ever. Out of every single ticket. What technical team?!

WOW this support is the worst I even seen, they have a problem with their system but there is no developer that can fix it, I'm waiting over a week and nothing, the app work well but if there is a problem no one is going to take care of it, it's not the first time they has an issue and i waited so many time and got 0 support
