best customer service with quick and helpful responses i lucky to speak to Wendy on two occasions, and by far she was very patient and guided me thru all the steps . The app it self is very easy to navigate as i have tried others and by no doubt this one i find the most action when coming to have my store run functionally

The app is complex and offers a lot of features. They offer good SMS rates and regarding support, Emily is always there to help. She is very professional and you can count on her with everything from setup to general questions

I've had a couple questions on using this as the app is new to me. Support has been wonderful! Sunny was fast, efficient, and helped resolve my issue within 5 minutes. I am super happy so far, and I am glad that support is 24/7. I work odd hours and it's nice to know someone will be there when I need them

Avada is very thorough and their customer service team is excellent. When I have an issue, Emily resolves it quickly and responds with detailed responses to my questions and screenshots.

Yep, I love this app!! As a small business, I needed something that was easy to use and affordable - I found it right here! The one small issue I did have was resolved quickly by Liz on the support chat. Was a human error on my part and she had it solved right away. This is my second app with Avada and I'm so impressed with them! As my email list hopefully grows, I will stay right here with them because of the great service I have had from the beginning!
