Great Service. Quick Response. Solved my issue right away on a Sunday evening.

I've been using the app for about a month now and it's really user-friendly and easy to navigate all the pages. The few times I've needed assistance and support the team has been incredibly fast to respond, like within minutes, and everyone is very informative and educational. I'm using the app for monthly subscription boxes and would 100 percent recommend this app to anyone wanting to start implementing it into their site.

Had a great experience so far, everyone goes above and beyond to help with any customizations needed to our complex subscription offer. I haven't tried any other subscription app, more do I even want to. Just simply incredible.

Amazing support... The support always answers within maximum 5 mintes. The Agent by the name: Prarthana was the best support i have ever received on any shopify app as well.

Seriously the best customer service I've ever experienced. Reasons below: 1. Super quick to reply to you on the chat (3 min average, max 10 min) 2. Always know what the problem is and is always an easy fix (whether they do it themselves or guide you through it) 3. They record little videos for you to follow the instructions. SUPER helpful! 4. I feel super confident using this product knowing that any issue will be resolved. 100% recommend

Working with Appstle as I'm evaluating several platforms. None are perfect, but I find Appstle Intuitive and it gets the job done. Their support is incredible and quick to respond! I highly recommend people consider their platform.

By far the best subscription management tool. Very easy integration with helpful tutorials along the way. Plus the customer support is lightning fast and helps with everything you need. Support even made custom CSS code for some things I needed.

I really am so confused as to how this app has so many reviews. I switched over from recharge to Appstle thinking I could save a few bucks but this app has lost me thousands of dollars. Their platform is outdated and very limited. They also failed to transfer over 100 of my recharge customers and their customer support doesn't seem to care. The customer portal for my customers also doesn't connect and is very limited. You are also unable to set up influencers on a free box without a card on file or jumping through major hoops and it can not be reoccurring. If you sell a monthly subscription box, do NOT GET THIS APP!!! STAY AWAY!! If you sell single products on a subscription then this app should work fine. But it's been a massive headache, they failed to take my recharge transfer seriously and I have been losing money every month with constant errors to my customers that were transferred and not transferred correctly and even simple things and users not being able to login to their portal to update their shipping address. STAY AWAY! Not worth saving money. These reviews have to be fake. Their customer support is all outsourced from India.

Very Helpful! The Migration from our previous subscription was more work than I thought but Appstle was there every step of the way.

I have not been using the app for very long, but everything seems to work perfectly, and Nandita was very helpful when I asked her a question. She was very fast in helping me with my issue.

Been using Appstle for quite sometime. Great experience so far. When we need help, just chat the customer service, and Momna has been very helpful and quick in responding our needs.

I have tested a number of other subscription apps, and Appstle has worked the best out of all of them, especially for the reasons that I am able to have subscriptions for products + have the build-a-box functionality included. Other apps didn't have both or they did and they were super expensive. The support team have been amazing! Every request I have put forward to them, they make it happen and have been super helpful.

The customer service is always great and quick. They are always there to help with any questions or concerns.

We have recently changed our Theme to a more professional looking one. It took the support agent only a few minutes to bring us back on track. Can whole-heartedly recommend the app and its staff!
