The app itself is a bit confusing to navigate, though this might be due to my unfamiliarity with the app and the language of using a new platform. However, I had a great experience recently with the customer support chat. Very helpful, responsive, and in my opinion, deserving of the 5 stars. They were able to change and fix all my issues on their end while thoroughly explaining what was causing said issues—even showing screenshots pointing out where the problem was and what was changed to fix the issue. Would recommend!

Update: Today Appstle staff helped me resolve 2 issues in a speedy manner. They are always very helpful and get to the root of my issue. Today it was figuring out how to export the upcoming orders for the month so that we can dedicate inventory toward our subscriptions . Secondly, to reformat how upcoming order dates show up in the customer portal. The support member showed me how to filter and export to get upcoming order data. While exporting and manually counting isn't the worst thing in the world, it would be great if we could have a 'next month' section in analytics just so that the manual counting of products is not required. Either way, great app, thanks Appstle!! Prior Update: You can tell Appstle has been working hard to implement the best features and usability. The support is very quick and has always been good quality, but it has also improved to be even better! Very happy to have this app. There were a few hiccups in the early days, but I'm so glad that we got through them. If you're new to subscription apps, just start with this one! The reason I had hiccups was because I started with a different subscription app. Initial onboarding took some patience since I was migrating from Bold V1. We had a few issues due to leftover code from Bold V1, but that wasn't Appstle's fault. We also encountered a glitch on Appstle's end that prevented us from using the app and after a video call, got that resolved very quickly and reset our free trial so that we could actually try it out before purchasing. The customer portal is easy, I love being able to send a magic link. Support is incredibly fast and usually very helpful, IF you get the right person. This app works way better than our previous app and is very functional. Compared to Bold V1, I get way less confused customers now with Appstle. Great app!

This app has the absolute best customer service ever. Mitanshu spent over an hour helping me build and customize the subscriptions and shop layout. They truly care about their customers which is rare these days. Thank you. :)

We chose Appstle because it supports a lot of features and more complex use cases. The software is not very intuitive but their customer support team is "grade A" and is able to answer questions within minutes.

Appstle integrates seamlessly with my store and authorize.net. I own a company that offers some hemp/cbd products, which makes finding quality commerce plugins challenging. Appstle is a robust tool yet easy to use and the customer service is extremely responsive and timely. I frequently "nerd out" over this plugin when working on the backend of my site!

The app itself seems great. The service and support is not. When going through the migration process we dealt with OVER 15 DIFFERENT PEOPLE via an email string that could wrap around the earth, and it became very confusing and frustrating. Emails were ignored when I was asking for things to be confirmed and one, they would just not respond. It took far longer to set up than anticipated and the process was not communicated well at all. They made our system live, before we had even configured (or knew we had to configure) the shipping settings. That to me was an absolute NO - and should never have happened. They then advised that having more than 1 option for a shipping profile was not possible, so we had to change our entire shipping structure to suit this system. I've since asked for information on a button within the app and how long a link lasts before expiring on our customers.. and have been told to ask shopify (even though they could understand the answer to advise THEIR customer, they choose not to, and send me to ask shopify after waiting 1 hour for a reply on chat from them). The service is not where it needs to be at all. We trust people with our customers and our businesses and livelihoods... and so if we continue to have issues like this, Appstle will be removed and we won't use it.

Fair pricing, good features & responsive support team! So far so good. I'd recommend this over other subscription apps.
