I've had this app for a while now and so far it's treating me well. I like that they have a 24/7 chat line where I can go and resolve anything about the app. There are tons of things that this app can do, and while at this time I'm not utilizing them, it is great to know that I'm able to customize a seamless experience for our customers.

Excellent support in getting our customers migrated and set up in the App. Looking forward to seeing how it performs in the coming weeks

Absolutely blown away with this app and the excellent customer service provided by their team. They have literally thought of everything! Transferring your current customers across to their app is very simple and easy to do. Creating unique shipping rules for new and existing customers is easy. The integration with Shopify and existing shipping rules works seamlessly at checkout. If you have any issues at all, they are addressed immediately, with helpful videos of your backend recorded by their team, to clearly demonstrate exactly how to fix the problem. I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously this has to be the best app and development team on shopify!

The customer support team is amazing and they can help you with any problem you will face, I highly recommended using this as a subscription app.

The subscription setup was easy but I had an issue where the checkout didn't recognize the subscription order. Support was able to get on a chat with me quickly and helped resolve the issue, which was a theme compatibility issue. Harris from the support team guided me and fixed the issue quickly. He also offered to change the look and feel of the subscription widget box to match our theme. Wonderful support team and amazing app!

I have found the app works really well. I have had some confusion at times but I've always been able to get an answer quickly from the chat. Every time I've reached out, I've never had to wait a long time, and the merchant engineers have been patient and helpful to get me the answer I needed.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Sometimes I can't sleep because I wear so many hats as we build out our company and I start a chat with them at 2:30 AM. They are always there and will work with me for hours on the littlest projects. Apostle customer service has been great! The app has been pretty easy to handle.

There is no better app. This app is very user-friendly; if you are stumped and need help, someone will always help you via chat. It's not an automated ask 15 questions before you speak to someone; it goes directly to help. I needed help twice, and each time, I was impressed with the customer service and the result. I am on the basic plan, and they treat me like a valuable customer, solving all my problems and answering all my questions. As soon as I am capped on subscriptions, I will be upgrading. The customer service alone is 10/10. You can not go wrong with Appstle.
