I just work with one of the support manager, Kehanvi, to configure the app. She was very courteous and patient as she assisted me to configure the app to my store.

The support here is the best I've ever had with an app on the Shopify App Store. They are fast and friendly - most importantly they help you solve the issue and get back up and running quickly.

It is very easy to remove products from subscription, but when it comes to adding products, there are very big problems and it costs the business a lot of money. We have 500 different products, spices etc. we are selling. It takes 5 seconds to unsubscribe products and 15 minutes to add. Definitely adding products is loading very slowly and needs to be categorized. The site owner should be able to edit and categorize the product adding part from the admin panel. Otherwise, the person who uses our site every 10 days wastes time and gets bored of adding it and cancels the subscription. The application is very cost-effective, I hope it solves it. There are many good aspects, but 1 bad side makes everything.

YESS a really good app so far, I had a problem with the code on my store & after a small talk with their help team, I was able to have my problems fixed in under 20 mins. very good team

I've just started out with this App and found everything very well laid out and easy to follow. I hit a technical snag, so hopped on the online chat support with Meghal who was extremely helpful and got me up and running within 5 minutes. I'm yet to take my first order with the subscription, so can't vouch for this side yet but so far everything is great!

I haven't used it yet. but it looks very simple to use. I'm looking to start a t shirt subscription service. It would be great to have a demo store that showed every feature that you could click on and it would take you to a how to tutorial. The App works great. You can offer your most loyal customers a subscription plan which means more revenue for the shop and less marketing costs plus less stress for the customer. The support is fantastic- I'm currently translating everything to German and they've been an amazing help.
