Fantastic support. We started with Shopify's native subscriptions app, but migrated to Appstle because it has a few features that make it much easier to run a subscriptions heavy business.

I'm just getting started, but so far I'm impressed with the response rate of the Merchant Success Engineers! I love that they respond within 3ish minutes. I especially have appreciated the support from Mia and Sean - they were quick to provide code for hyperlinks and offer suggestions on how I could make this work for my subscription offering. I look forward to seeing this up and running!

Henry is the best! I Patient, knowledgeable and ready to go extra mile to investigate any type of query or issue! The guy has been online with me for 4h and was able to solve most of my issues. Thanks man :) Regarding the app itself, 100 usd per month for API access is just not reasonable, especially for the feature of retrieving the magic link that should be included in any plan.

Looks good on our product page, customisable and the customer support is very helpful if you are stuck with anything!

I have been very pleased with appstle from the start and would recommend them to anyone who wants an easy user friendly way to have subscription options for their shopify store! I have had no issues with service at all but i did come across an issue with my current plan so i reached out to customer service for help and let me tell you the person i was connected with (henry) was the best customer service agent i have had from any company he was fast to reply, understood my issue, and got it resolved above my expectations!!! He not only guided me with a custom video explanation but even got me hooked up with a prorated price for my current appstle plan and didn't try to force me to over pay for a bunch of unneeded features he let me upgrade at a reasonable price for just the few upgrades needed to solve my problem! So if you made it this far in my review just know that appstle is worth a try and wont disappoint or leave you in the dark.

We've only recently started using Appstle but so far we've had good experience with it. It's straightforward to setup and their support is fast to respond and helpful!
