I really like how easy and intuitive setting up Appstle has been. It appears to be the best solution for a prepaid subscription based model with a customer portal. The support team is super friendly and helpful

I used this app to set up a subscription box, and the setup and customer service was flawless and set up in less than 10 minutes. In fact- most of the time was me explaining how I wanted it to work and their team was helpful and thorough to make sure it was up and running exactly how I wanted it and ready to go on my site. I would highly recommend!

Downloaded today. So far everything is working great and their customer support agent was very nice, but more importantly extremely helpful and efficient in answering my questions in order to set the app up to look the way I want it to on my site.

The staff is really friendly and responsive. Problem is solved almost immediately and they even offered extra help with the look and feel! Highly recommend!

I am still in testing mode of this app, but I have reached out to customer support several times because I am brainstorming how I want my subscriptions to work and have been asking a million questions. The customer support team with Appstle is great! Very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. I'm really hoping the app works for me so that I can get rid of one of the other big subscription apps I am currently using! Crossing fingers... will update review soon!

Hands down one of the best apps we've used and one of the best customer support experiences. The app is very robust and the customer support team is amazing, even accommodating our unique business case by making a change to the software. Highly, highly recommend!

I recently installed the app and didn´t find my theme in their theme integration list so I contacted their customer support. Kehanvi set up ALL the app for me, even the customer the color. Now I need to translate, set pricing and start selling. Many thanks for the support Appstle!

Best subscription app I have tested. They have so much that comes right out of the box with no coding needed. The best part is the support. Usually answering within minutes whenever I have an issue I can't figure out.

I've not even made it through my trial and already I know I love it. Customer service was quick, friendly, and efficient. My helper Muhammad helped walk me through getting the app functioning on a product and even with other support issues that were shopify issues when he didn't have to. He even stylized the text on the app to match my store. Great experience so far. Highly recommend.

Great application, although it knows its limitations, the support is great! They are available 24/7 which speeds up development time. Would even be better if there is more useful functionalities available or more customization options.

The customer service is good. But the app itself could be more user friendly. It would be good if I could amend subscriptions orders myself without having to contact the live customer service chat.

Just getting started with the app, but so far it has been unbelievably easy to set up and support has been INCREDIBLE! Working with Zoha has been super helpful and she went above and beyond to get our subscription plan setup and styled according to our brand. Highly recommend this app.
