I initially had an issue setting up the widget through shopify and i entered into live chat( something i really do not like) i have to say Kehanvi who dealt with the call could not have been more helpful

So far, seems great! Had a bit of confusion setting up the app, but "Mann" from the support team was able to help me out. It was a problem on my end, since my products were 'out of stock' since we wanted to finalize all elements before releasing our products. Mann helped me integrate the app and troubleshoot my issues promptly and professionally. Very pleased so far!

I had a few questions for Appstle support and was very quickly helped. I've now had a few times where I had questions and I've always been able to get great support from Appstle. Fast and very helpful!

very good app. i've been recommending to some friends and even when its free, the app is able to perform well and able to help my business tremendously.

The app is great but the team behind it are even better. Available to answer any question I have big or small and they even helped me with some custom CSS to ensure consistent branding. Amazing! I also like the fact that the app is a 1-monthly charge. Other apps are per transaction and although its better upfront as you don't need to pay anything the goal is to have a successful subscription service which would mean other apps would get very expensive, very quickly.
