I'm using this app to setup subscription options for my beard care products. I am pretty impressed so far and I've used several other subscription apps. They did a good job with the UI and provide lots of help docs, plus their customer support is pretty dynamite, it's midnight right now and they're helping me debug my theme and finish my setup on a Friday night. The app is great! It does everything we need and want. The support team is fantastic - they reply quickly, are extremely nice, and super helpful.

The team is extremely responsive and helpful, which is the most important thing. The app needs better front-end customizability for styling and more accommodation for products that are digital or SaaS subscriptions. The app is tailored to physical goods. They also need better integration with klaviyo or more documentation on how to design your own transactional emails outside appstle. If you don't know HTML it is very difficult to design your own emails outside of the Appstle email editor (which is very limited), and still be able to use unique customer variables for transactional emails.

I am not very "techy", but the service I received from Appstle, and Mitanshu in particular was second to none. Not only were all my niggles fixed incredibly quickly, but extra care was taken to make sure I was 100% happy with the look and feel of all the widgets. I am so impressed - thank you!

I use it to run my membership subscription. The 5 stars is mainly for the customer service. The UX isn’t super intuitive or easy to figure out. Thankfully, your customer service team is super helpful and responsive. I had a great experience just now with one of your team. Issue was solved to almost 100%, but I could not stay on any longer. But I understand how to completely fix it when I can return to the page. Thank you!

Kehanvi is so amazing when it comes to walking me though the steps and all the questions I have when setting up our shops subscription plans! She even takes the time to share screen shots so I can follow each step to get it all set up correctly. Highly recommend!!
