I have been using this app for my business for about a year. I love how fast the response time is whenever I have a question. The team is very friendly and are happy to help when I need it. The app is easy to navigate and see all my subscribers information and orders. I am very happy with this app! I love how all the information is in one location to pause subscriptions and shipping and payment information. I would recommend for any online business.

Features are great, it does what it says on the tin and has been really popular with our customers, its everything we wanted. What has blown us away though is the support... been in touch a couple of times with questions; answers almost immediate and they don't hesitate to make tweaks and changes to get the most out of the app. Very impressed.

Highly recommended. We had a list of special requirements for the configuration of our subscription setup. So, we vetted the subscription services available for Shopify, and decided in Appstle Subscriptions, because of the impressive degree of flexibility and customizability and the level and quality of documentation. Out of all the features we have used from the Appstle service, everything has worked exactly as advertised both under low load during development and test of our service, and in production with higher load. We have seen all changes to configurations take effect immediately and everything has been working consistently without one single glitch. The support team usually responds very quickly with very accurate, helpful and clear guidance. We have even experienced a very helpful and proactive support fx related to theme-styling of the Appstle components and debugging issues, that turned out to be caused by error on our side. This kind of support is not something you can take for granted and it has helped us a lot. Only one interaction with the support seemed to go bad in the communication from the start, reminding us of the usual standard we see from many other services. The issue in question was later picked up and sorted out. What could be better? Manual management of individual subscriptions can seem a tiny bit slow sometimes, but it works reliably, which is more important at the end of the day. Multi language translations is currently not an option. But this is due to limitations in the Shopify subscriptions APIs, and therefor also an issue with all other subscription services for Shopify. Appstle subscriptions deserve the highest recommendation from us.

The customer service rep was very helpful in providing the details I needed to set this app up and integrate with my website. He even went to the extent of walking me through several other questions I had about set up and did it graciously.

Been using Appstle for many months and I can safely say I have never met a support team quite like Appstle's. They literally reply to you in seconds, even on Weekends. They went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the results I was getting. Their Subscription Widget looks really good on the product page too. Highly recommended!

This is a really great app for subscriptions. The pricing is very reasonable, and their free plan is a great way to test out the waters as we scale up. The support team has been phenomenal - really quick to respond and willing to help. So far, I really recommend this app.
