Just downloaded this app and so far I'm very happy! It was easy to setup, looks great on my website and the customer service chat was very helpful. They weren't even online but responded to me in just a few minutes! They helped make some adjustments to cusotmize the look and it looks great!

Decided to go with this app over the other options available. Very happy with my choice, while I am not fully done testing yet the platform is very user-friendly and seems to have all the capabilities I require. I had a few problems with installation due to my customised theme. However, the customer service team was FANTASTIC. Very responsive and available to help with any issues. FIRST app to implement shipping profiles for subscriptions, while every other app blames Shopify about how "it can't be done". Independent shipping options for subscriptions programs are usually crucial, so you'll want to use this app. Best customer service and best features of any subscription app. If you want to customize your subscription program using Shopify Checkout, this app is the way to go.

Customer service was awesome! I had many questions I needed answered before deciding on a subscription app, and I was able to get all my questions quickly answered via chat. Although we have just started testing this app, it seems to be robust, affordable, and easy to use. And you can easily give your customers free shipping on subscription orders.

I was using bold but they charged me 1% of my sales and had no customer service when needed.. this app is a game-changer and the support is top-notch... I highly recommend this app
