amazing & fast support, they will know all the answers to your problems. Only Problem is if your products have a different prices you can't make them sell all for the same subscription price BY BULK AND you can't restrict to only sell one of those variables. But this is a very specific use. Still would 10/10 recommend

OK I just sent a chat for help with an issue i was experiancing, and can i just say their team has got it together. They fixed my issue in less than 5 mins. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM.

It's been extremely frustrating working with Appstle as our subscription management app. We've been trying to fix all issues and talk to the developers, but things don't improve, they don't really take their time to understand what we are asking, and what is not asking and work towards answering or fixing them. Sometimes they answer by saying they don't have a certain feature and in fact, they do, their customer service just doesn't know it. The only reason we haven't left Appstle is that every time we change a subscription app it affects OUR customers' experience and we don't want to cause another friction with them until we find a better app/solution. I would NOT recommend purchasing/adding this app to your Shopify store, and if you have one to recommend to us, please do, we'd really appreciate it.

Working great so far, but I've just started. I sell calendars, so I need yearly subscriptions, which I was not able to find previously elsewhere (tho it may exist now). Support has been very helpful and this app seems to have TONS of features and seems reasonably priced. I'm not 100% sure if the subscriptions will work perfectly yet, as I have several months to wait for real-live subscription orders to come in. But I've been very impressed with all the customizations possible.

The Appstle team is so quick to respond and they're great to work with. We're excited to see how subscriptions will increase our revenue!

The app doesnt even work. It does not show up in the product page and there is no way to customize it.

My company has been using this app since September 2022. In that time, our experience has been awful. Do not be fooled by the many 5 star reviews. We went with this app because of the "excellent reviews". Here are the reasons why you shouldn't go with this app: The support team is completely uneducated on the app and could not help me with any issues I brought up from the start. We switched from WooCommerece to Shopify and Appstle promised that we could transfer our previous subscriptions over. The process was on-going even after launching our Shopify site. The support team kept telling us different things and promising a quick turn around, none of which happened. Additionally, the company behind the app is incredibly dishonest about what the app can do and how much it costs. And to make matters worse, the company frequently makes changes to the app without any warning. These changes often break the app, leaving users like myself frustrated and unable to operate our businesses effectively. It's incredibly frustrating to have to constantly worry about whether or not the app will work the way it's supposed to. They recently changed what customization you have control of based on what tier you pay for without telling us. So our widget broke and lost all of our branding. When I contacted support, they asked if we had made any changes to the widget and they didn't understand what "branding" is. I had to dig around the app to discover that they had made this change. Now they want us to pay 3 times what we are currently paying them on a monthly basis. Lastly, the app has a horrid UI/UX design. The layout is confusing and difficult to navigate, and the overall user experience is not enjoyable. It feels like the developers put little thought into making the app user-friendly, which is unacceptable given the high cost of the subscription. Overall, I would not recommend this app to anyone. It's not worth the headache and hassle that comes with it. These are just a few issues we have had over the last 6 months, the list is a lot longer. Save your money and look for a better option elsewhere.

Very happy so far. Staff helped me with the set up and so customisation issues. Looking forward to using it.

Appstle is great! I'm currently using the free version and it's completely serving my needs. We're a startup with a small handful of subscribers right now. Honestly, the best part of using Appstle is their lightning-fast customer response team available via chat. There are lots of small technical issues and questions that come up, and it has been incredibly useful to be able to reach out to someone in real time.

I haven't used the app for long but I must say the customer service thus far has been amazing! I have a good feeling about the app and the service long term! It has helped increase our sales and allows our customers to have a subscription which is huge!

Chat support (Momna!) was so helpful in getting my subscription option to be the default option, as opposed to the one-time purchase option, and they're helping me with a UX optimization. Lightyears ahead of chat support for many more expensive services. I love it!

After asking for help, I decided to write a review. I spoke to Mitanshu who couldn’t be more helpful. My issue was resolved quickly and professionally. The app is also very easy to use and the videos are also very helpful

I would 100% recommend this app! It is easy to use and any questions I have, I just start a chat and it's resolved right then and there! Each person I've spoken with are so friendly and amazing and even offer to help with things I didn't even think of. For example, after answering my question, I was asked if I wanted them to match the colors of the customer portal to my theme! Simple, but they go the extra mile every time! I especially love that they do a video to show you how to do something!!! If you are on the fence, go with Appstle!!!! I had to migrate a LOT of customers from a different app and they did it with ease!! I haven't regretted it once and will never look back!! Thank you Appstle team for ALL that you have done for me and my business!!!

I never take the time to leave a review, however I feel the need to with Appstle. For such a low cost, the service received is exceptional. I just had an issue with one of my client subscriptions not showing. At 10am on a Saturday I was able to speak to someone with web chat in less than 2 minutes and have the issue corrected in under 15 minutes. For such a low cost, the product is brilliant and works exactly had you would expect. Very highly recommended.
