I have been using this app for around 5 months now and I am very happy with my experience thus far. The app allowed me to set up multiple subscription plans for my products and test them before going live. Any time I've had issues (I've only had two) their customer success team has responded quickly and solved my issues completely. They go above and beyond to answer your questions, even allowing you to get into the technical details. If you're looking for a subscription add-on for your shopify store I would not hesitate to recommend this one. The trial allows you to use it without paying until you start making money which is a very respectable business model. They succeed if and only if you succeed.

Appstle customer service has been very helpful in every inquiry/issue I have. Very happy with the service. Mann helped me by taking over the issue and fixing it for me, something that I needed since I have been trying to figure out the issue for some time and didn't want to risk potentially losing my subscriptions/subscribers. We have been using the app for some time and we're happy with it. It's easy to use on our end and for customers. The number of customizations allow you to tailor subscriptions any way you like.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kehanvi, the success manager for Appstle Subscriptions, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! They helped me twice and they gave me exactly what I needed. I was so frustrated, but they helped me figure everything out. Excellent customer service!!

From what I understood from two different help representatives you cannot view how your subscriptions options will look on a draft in anyway, and you have to test the widget on your live store. To me, that feels unprofessional, I like being able to see and experiment with something in a test environment before publishing it on live products. This may not be a deal breaker to everyone, they recommend testing it by putting the live product up for a few seconds to look at it and then take it down right away. I feel like that is a silly workaround for what should be a default feature.

I have been using this the Appstle Subscription app on my Shopify store for months and decided to change my store theme. When I published the new theme, the subscription option did not carry over. The crew are Appstle are very responsive to requests for support and adding new features, they really do want all their users to have the best Subscription app experience. Coming from Recharge this was a huge change. Appstle subscriptions are easy to integrate, nicely extensible and the dev team will help you out when you need it. I'm sure we'll be upgrading to the Premium Business plan very soon as this side of our business grows. Running an international DTC business online we've used a lot of Apps to help us get the job done and Appstle and their team are genuinely world class.

Mann was amazingly helpful from the very beginning, migrated our subscription from another app, then we got a short video training to go over all the basics and make sure we are ready to activate Appstle in our store. I love how intuitive and clean the admin backend is. I am looking forward to having Appstle help us gain many new regular subscribers to our product.

Update to my review: In searching for further assistance, the support team became less and less responsive, making it much more difficult to receive help in a timely manner, often being left with messages that never got responded to at all. A time zone mixup didn't help matters either. I am still waiting for a response to a query from over 17 hours ago. App is very user friendly, and has great levels of customization even at the most basic package. The support team is amazing, they are very quick to help answer questions and solve issues, and are happy to help with additional custom support when needed. This app and its support team provide everything we need for our subscription platform.
