Amazing customer service! The app isn't perfect but it does everything I need it to, and whenever I get stuck or have a bug, the live chat team of developers respond in minutes to resolve it. I wouldn't use any other app because of this fantastic service!!!

Looks great but pointless as it does not work with sage pay UK payments. This should be flagged wasted a lot of time and disappointed customers

5 stars after almost 6 months use. Customer service is responsive and fast, they have a good technical understanding of the app, Shopify and its limitations. The technical ability of the team is excellent, a lot of them seem to be able to code. Video calls are setup for any issues that require more in-depth explanation. The app itself is quite comprehensive and new features come out frequently. The API and websockets are the icing on the cake for us, this gives us flexibility and future-proofing, and makes us feel comfortable about solving issues on our own outside of Shopify. Reasonably priced, considering we do not use all the features, just a few. For someone that will use more features, this is a great price!

Awesome! We used recharge before & weren't happy with the functionality and pricing any more - so appstle was the perfect alternative! Lower price, more possibilities and easy to use. The app works great, but what is most impressive is the 24/7 support. Has come in very handy for some issues we have faced.

Loved the app, the prices everything but above on all the 24/7 quick support on chat window with live demos, screenshots and help..That is miraculous because I was migrating my store from squarespace to shopify and a billion dollar company like squarespace do not give support on saturday and sunday, similarly stripe doesn't give support at saturday and sunday....So I am very glad that I found you guys...Wish you had more shopify related apps..All your staff is brilliant, informative and kind. I highly recommend this Shopify plugin. The customer support is top-notch and response times are extremely fast. I've had a few minor issues, but the dedicated and helpful team was able to resolve them quickly. They even went above and beyond by offering to match my widget to my theme style. I'm currently on the basic plan, but I would definitely consider upgrading when my business starts making a profit. 10/10 for this plugin.

The first time I made a website to sell my own products, I always had a very confusing problem: how to set the price according to the deadline, and today it was finally solved perfectly! The app is very easy to install and set up and integrates with out customer account app (flits) easily and looks great. All I can say is that so far, the app just works and does exactly what it says with an incredibly fair pricing structure. The support is incredible. Very friendly and nothing has been too much trouble. They've answered all my questions, very quickly as well as making minor tweaks for me. Great!
