This app impresses me greatly, primarily for its native integration with Shopify's checkout API. Unlike other subscription apps such as ReCharge, which redirect customers to a different checkout page, Appstle ensures a smoother checkout journey. Additionally, I have to give credit to the outstanding customer service from the Appstle team. They're constantly accessible through live chat and have been instrumental in customizing my store to look and function precisely as I envisioned.

It has some flaws that made it impossible for us to use it. First, it right away shows in the live version before you finished to set it up. But much worse, some things can not be translated to German and it keeps showing a page loading sign on the product page after the app was installed.

I've had Appstle for a few weeks now and so far it has had every feature I would need. There is a small lack of accessibility to customization, however, anytime I've wanted something customized or changed and the customization feature wasn't an option, Appstle's support team is quick to respond and has solved every problem I've faced. The upgrades monthly are very affordable comparatively. I'll be using this app for the foreseeable future.

The must have subscription app 5-star I have never received such great support in my life. My theme was not on the list and they integrated it while I was on chat. The colors had to be adjusted and were done in 5 mins. I had 5 other questions and they were answered right away. If you are doing subscriptions this is the app you must have. There are so may options that you can do with it. I am using it to build a box for a coffee store and it is perfect. RG

As a person trying to start a business who is not super great with technology, one of my primary variables when considering any sort of platform and/or plugin is the amount of support given from each platform. No matter what you decide to do there will be a learning curve and there will be bumps along the way and that's just a part of it, but the support team with Appstle has always been VERY good to me. Quick story: I brought my issue to Appstle in the afternoon and it was resolved in the evening and the only reason it wasn't resolved sooner was because I was slow to respond. But I want to especially acknowledge Kehanvi for going above and beyond by resolving my issue immediately.

I would not hesitate to recommend Appstle as a subscription platform. They also have an incredible support team, Kehanvi is amazing

How the hell is this 4.9 stars? I tried testing this in my store. The subscription wouldn't show up until after I canceled the order. Of the two items I subscribed to, only one showed up. Maybe it's because they don't know how to process a pick-up order. They leave "null" in place when you don't enter a first name. Customer service is entirely offshored; I must assume the developers are as well. If you want to lose orders and piss off your customers, I strongly recommend Appstle. Guess there's a reason other apps feel comfortable charging $99 for similar services.

Mitanshu was very helpful and detailed by providing short clips and screenshots of how to navigate the system. He was able to resolve all my questions even after going into the same chat he was responsive. These are the type of people I would love to see more. Thank You Mitanshu :)

La opción y widget que ofrecen es muy util y se puede configurar de manera muy sencilla. Y dado el caso que quiera configurar algo que no este a disposición del usuaria, el equipo de atención al cliente soluciona de manera efectiva y con rapidez todas las peticiones requeridas en un corto tiempo, en la mayoría de los casos y personas que atienden. Quedo muy conforme con la aplicación, servicio y atención al cliente que recibí, recomiendo 100% instalar esta aplicación en todas las tiendas de shopify.
