Their customer service is ***absolutely incredible*** and the app is quite flexible when it comes to coming up with subscription logic that is unique to one's offering.

This is an updated review after having this for about a year. They STILL give you excellent chat support, and I have the FREE version! They go above and beyond. I have already recommended this to my mastermind group who have online stores!!!!

I'm transitioning our store from WIX to Shopify, which means changing how our subscriptions are handled. This is SO MUCH more flexible and professional. Can't wait to go live and see how it impacts our subscription conversion rate. And their support to get us going, including modifying the look/feel to match our theme, was stellar!

By far the best subscriptions app. Super customizable and the app itself is really easy to navigate. Lots of helpful info on what subscriptions are trending, predicted revenue, etc.

The app is very functional and powerful but there is always something that you need to tailor for your store here and there. I had some custom changes made and the customer service team did it right away with no questions asked, right on the spot via life chat. I'd say the best support team I've ever worked with. Thank you guys!

Really 5 stars to this app, I had a problem with a similar application that did not offer any concrete solution but they in less than 10 minutes the problem was solved. Now I wait to test their subscription management to make a more concrete feedback

This app, although on the expensive side, does just what we were looking for. Support had me up and running and customized the widget in minutes.
