This is an update to my previous review. I have been using this APP for several months now and must say that this App is the best I have seen. On top of that the team's support is Amazing. They become part of your team. We considered and tested several Apps to integrate our store with Amazon. This was by far the best App. It has a lot of functions to map and manage how your products are published. It also does a great job with orders and inventory management. Their support team was also great. Thanks Keterson for all your help

A great way of cutting through the confusion of Amazon. We've recently signed up and I've had an onboarding session with Keterson. Looks good and looking forward to getting many more products listed.

We've had this app installed for a little over a year, and have had no issues with our current configuration. I am about to start in on some enhancements that go beyond what the initial contractor set up. I had a 30 minute onboarding session, and I was very impressed with the customer service rep's knowledge and understanding. I'm looking forward to discovering what the tool can provide.

This app works perfectly for what we need, which is to connect our Amazon inventory to Shopify directly. Customer service has been outstanding since the beginning. We have been in touch with Keterson. He's being so nice and helpful.

Contacted support on 2 occasions waited 2 hours no reply..im not paying for an app which only exported 1 product out of 170 AWFUL.....

I started selling my products on Amazon with shpify using this app! Was really good with a very good support from Keterson. He helped me a lot and it was very easy to schedule more than one call to have real-time assistant! Thank you very much! I recommend it! ;)

Usually fine but the past few weeks the scheduler has been failing which means we get no orders imported, and then today the entire app is down so we're going to fail all our Prime orders today. No way to contact Customer Support. I'm looking for a different app, it's so unreliable.

Best Amazon integration app for Shopify stores. After Amazon discontinued support for the original app, this development raised up as the best and most complete. It has so many features and tools, it can be a bit tricky to setup. But once the ball is rolling, it works smooth.

I met with Keterson Navarre on Google meet. Keterson was very helpful in explaining how to exporting items. He was also very patient and took his time. I am very happy with my call today and will not hesitate to meet with Keterson again.

App is completely glitchy/unpredictable and customer service is MIA - I have had no Amazon orders come through for 24 hours now and I've only received one response back from customer service over the last 12 hours in which they only asked for more details when my first request was plenty detailed that NOTHING is working. I'd give 1/2 a star if I could, customer service is literally nowhere to be found and it looks like we're going to be penalized by Amazon for not fulfilling order orders in time - because we pay for an app that doesn't work. Going into day 2 of not being able to fulfill our orders. SUPER COOL!

Great app, great customer service. We use the app in multiple stores and had some feature requests that had been implemented very quickly.

I use this app to sync inventory and orders between Shopify and Amazon and it seems to be working well so far.

Da ich für die Anbindung an Amazon meinen Amazon Account von Einzelverkäufer auf Premium hätte ändern müssen und das für mich derzeit aber nicht in Frage kommt, wollte ich mein Abo bei Amazon Integration Plus kündigen. Das wurde direkt angenommen und es fielen keinerlei Kosten an. Gerne komme ich wieder zurück sobald ich mit Amazon Premium Shop verkaufen werde.

So far so good. After learning how to use this app with the help of their awesome support I'm starting to see how much of an advantage this is to sync it to my existing Shopify store. It saves me so much time! Thank you :)

The real difference here is the customer support team. All of our technical questions were resolved in a timely manner and most importantly they were resolved the first time. Amazon is difficult to understand and I don't think we could have launched without this app and team.

The app does what it is supposed to do. So 5 star for that. It also has many features to help the merchant work smoothly with Amazon. Issues have arisen in terms of timing in the orders and therefore not organised etc, but the support team is fast and efficient. So another 5 star for that. We have been with the app for now 5 months and overall very satisfied and pleased. So another 5 star for that. The only thing i would say is it could be a little cheaper as when you sell small items you do need a certain volume to cover the costs (app subscription fees, amazon subscriptions fees, amazon commissions, amazon refunds (which are high vs our online store), etc)... but overall this is a detail and the app is well worth it! This app is great to use and the customer service is fantastic! I would highly recommend. Keterson jumped on a call and gave a great tutorial on how to use it!

Amazon Integration Plus app creates a harmonious flow connection between our store and our Amazon seller account. It's very remarkable how easily our products are being listed just by following the integration process. The app interface is very straightforward and very flexible to our needs. A great app that help's with the integration of your store onto the Amazon platform. A little difficult to navigate without a screen share tutorial but once I was shown how it works it was off to the races.

After trying a few different Amazon Integration Apps we tried Amazon Integration Plus, and immediately noticed that it was more organised and easier to use. When it came time to request support to configure everything the Support Call was great (thankyou Keterson) and we are now able to list products on Amazon easily and automatically! Configuring the App was explained well (and for me this was needed) and I am confident that this will meet our needs and be a great tool for our Business going forwards.

If you're looking for an app to connect your Shopify store with Amazon, no matter if fulfilled by yourself or fulfilled by Amazon, this app is a great choice. There are a lot of options which can be a bit confusing at first, but makes it all the more configurable to your needs. The support is also great and the devs very quickly implemented a feature, we desperately needed.
