This app sent a cancelled order to Amazon for fulfillment after I downloaded the trial. The app never worked to set Shopify products fulfilling at Amazon with a new location or stock quantities. Customer service was very slow to respond and not helpful. We're sorry for the trouble you've experienced! We've emailed you to follow up and assist you further. Ich fange gerade erst an die APP zu nutzen, aber muss sagen sie bietet alles was man braucht. Ich würde sie jedoch nicht unbedingt kleinen Händlern mit wenig Erfahrung empfehlen, da die Einstellungen recht umfangreich sind und Anfänger "überfordern". Wenn man Ahnung im E-Commerce hat und eine gute, kostengünstige APP mit vielen Möglichkeiten sucht, ist sie sehr gut. Für unsere Umstellung von FBA auf FBM genau richtig! Haben jetzt 4 Wochen versucht unsere Schnittstelle umzubauen auf Grund von Änderungen bei uns und Amazon mit zwei verschiedenen Apps. Diese App haben wir als drittes ausprobiert und zack nach ca. 48 Stunden waren die Artikel gelistet. Klar gab es auch zwischen durch Probleme, wie zum Beispiel bei einem Feld, welches von Amazon nicht akzeptiert wurde auf Grund eines ungültigen Formates. Chat-Support angeschrieben und es hat keine 6 Stunden gedauert und der Fehler war behoben! Also ganz klare Empfehlung für die App! Thank you for the wonderful review and the recommendation! When I first installed this app it was amazing. Everything was easy to understand and support was so helpful and walked me through how to set up matching groups and models. Unfortunately, over the past few months the app has become glitchy and doesn't work properly. Every time I reached out to support with a new issue they said they would look into it and get back to me...then nothing. Now, this app has removed all of the models I spent an enormous amount of time creating and support told me some changes were made but they would help rebuild them. They didn't help or respond after that so I have to remove them and warn others. Best Amazon importing app at the beginning. Please let me know if these issues ever get resolved. I was really looking forward to using this with my Shopify store but all i get is error messages, tried to validate a different card but then couldn't assign all the market places in one go and they charged me for the privilege of trying to do so each time. added products but can't complete as the old card isn't validated even though the new one is!! road block after road block for trying to set something up that should be simple. I understand the checks but it doesn't help when nothing works on the mobile app or through Shopify!!! We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and the experience. not good, i was really looking forward to connecting through this app. too many obstacles (need a professional amazon seller central acc, need account verification, need to sync and assign all countries, error codes when trying to connect through feed.biz, could not get the feed.biz to change to uk kept defaulting to US) too much hassle to continue We're sorry you encountered so many obstacles during setup. Le paramétrage de ce connecteur est assez complet et les données beaucoup plus riches que d'autres connecteurs MarketPlace Amazon. Il a cependant fallu plus d'un mois d'échanges pour avoir un fonctionnement automatique d'import régulier des commandes de Amazon vers Shopify, mais nous y sommes arrivés.
