A great app with quick support that are willing to help resolve issues.

This app will be hugely helpful when we launch our next pre-order product. New users should be aware that the screenshots the developers provide of their app in action imply a "Pending" payment status is possible (i.e. charge for the product later, perhaps when it's ready for fulfillment), but this is just a setting in your Shopify payment settings (you have to select an offline payment method, such as Cash on Delivery). Everything else about the app is great. The ability to customize your settings within each product is insanely helpful, and overall, using this app is an AMAZING step up from just listing your product as a pre-order in the product title and description. The more clear we can be as sellers about when a product will be fulfilled, the happier our customers will be with us in the long run!

A bit confusing at first, but useful!

This app was quite easy to configure and it has already generated several sales for our business. Very happy with this app, will definitely keep using it!

This app really helps to increase our sales! Wonderful for when you know a large shipment of products are on their way and instead of waiting for the arrival, simply run a pre-order sales event. You not only are receiving revenue, but your clients love the pre-order discounts you offer them..win win situation!

We like to be able to offer our client to pre-order items that are currently out of stock in our inventory. This apps does it perfectly! And bonus, it is just a click install and the feature is enabled effortless.

Great app!!! It gave me capability to sell my products while they were out of stock. What impressed me most about it is their support team. They were very quick to respond to my emails. I was having trouble integrating it into my store and their tech were able to fix it in no time at all. I received over 6 emails from them while they were fixing my problem. Kudos I'd recommend this app to everyone.

I just installed this app and it's exactly what I needed. Since I don't carry all products on stock, I prefer to have an "pre-order" option than a "sold out" option. I also love that the app allow me to adjust the design of the buttons to match my current design.

Great app, I tried to code a button for hours until I found this Free app which works perfectly & easily! Just make sure you also tick 'Allow customers to purchase this item when out of stock'. Highly reccommend as an easy add-on for your store :)

This app has been brilliant for us. As a small eCommerce store we can't hold massive amounts of stock but don't want our customer to be put off. This is a great compromise as we just allow them to 'back order' the item! We've only ever had to ask 1 question to the devs when we switched theme but they sorted it our for us straight away. Highly recommended... and free?!?! Amazing!

This app is great - really saved us! We are launching a new product and we needed to be able to handle pre-orders eloquently - this app is perfect. Yet that is not the whole story. We did run into a problem with a custom theme we used (Responsive) so we called Shopify. It took them almost 36 hours to tell us it wasn't their system but rather an issue with the Pre-Order App. So we reached out to Pre-Order support. IN LESS THAN A FEW HOURS our problem was corrected by the DEVELOPER! Not a bug in his system but rather a issue with our theme - YET THEY FIXED IT! Are you kidding me? And the support is free? Wow I thought Shopify had great support - the guys at Pre-Order are simply mind-blowing!

The support is excellent! They replied me and fixed my issue very quickly after I emailed them! special thanks to Philip! The app simply does what it says. Very easy to use and it's a great add-on feature for your store! PLUS, IT'S FREE! I would pay for it even if it charge.

This app frees up my sewing time by allowing me to keep abreast of my more popular turbans which sell out more quickly than others. For me this app is an ABSOLUTE necessity. Support is very helpful and timely.

Works really well, enables pre-order on out-of-stock products to the variance level, which is impossible to code in shopify itself. Awesome customer service, the app was not working and Philip went in my store and fixed the app for me.

I had a problem with my theme and the pre order button but the support helps me and everything is working like a a charm right now. I will recommand this app a 100 times.
