very simply to use and a great tool

I had a little trouble getting the button to show due to the template I am using but Philip was awesome and got it sorted immediately. I have set everything up, the only thing left is to see those pre-orders flowing in. Cashflow is king and if I can get my customers money before ordering the items this is a utopian situation! SpurIT's customer service is prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I had a problem and within minutes they addresses and fixed it. I am very pleased.

Truly a 5 star app. Can't begin to explain how much this helps conversion for our website and nudges users to commit to a purchase with the understanding that it will be pre ordered and they will get their product. Why not use this app and convince potential customers to commit right then? Email lists and notifications at a later date won't ever be as convincing as on the spot pre ordering. I 100% recommend this app. The service is top notch and I hope to see so much success coming from this company. I will be looking at their other paid apps now knowing that they can fulfill support requests and offer a great product. Thanks Philip and everyone else!

Our company, Ozarks Fehr Trade Originals, makes handmade items. Some of our items are nearly impossible to keep up with production and often we are out of stock. We felt we were losing a lot of potential orders and this app really helps us. We feel like it gives customers hope instead of disappointment. Installation was way beyond us... we are a simply family run business... but these geniuses stepped in and make the app work! Awesome!

Love it! Big bold red pre-order font in place of the add to cart. Customers will know that the product is not released yet, but they can place an order. In addition, it can be used to warn of an item that is currently not in inventory (sold out or not immediately available), and ask if the customer would still like to order anyway. I wanted to add that the support is just as top drawer as the product itself. I ran into a small issue and it was resolved in no time!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I installed the app and had a couple of glitches. I contacted Philip with the problems, and he quickly took care of it. Amazing customer service and the app is exactly what I needed for my new online store i'm getting ready to launch. I run a brick & mortar clothing & record store and it is difficult to keep all sizes in stock at the same time. This app will help maintain sales in between shipments. This is a "MUST HAVE" app! I could not run my website without it. I had an issue after changing themes (forgot to update) and the support came back to me and fixed my issues in a few minutes. excellent service!! I recommend looking at the other apps from this developer, Pre-Orders integrated with their other apps can really boost your website.. This app is exactly what I needed. Just follow the setup instructions and make sure all the settings are right and let the app do the rest, it's that easy and it has a cool menu so you can see stats/orders and all of that. I rate 5 stars because its a great tool and it works exactly like I want it to.

Real Support - WOW! I installed Pre-Order app by SpurIT and immediately had positive results. I am amazed by all the functions that were built into this FREE app. It really filled a gap my shop had. I had a glitch with my shop but Philip was able to identify the issue so it could be addressed. Now this app is one of my favorites. I really enjoy when a useful app is made with many extras in mind backed by knowledgeable support. I will always keep my eye out for SpurIT apps.

I had a few problems with setting up my app, but Philip helped me out immensely and fixed everything promptly. Now the app works great and I've been getting quite a few orders through it.

One of the restrictions of Shopify has been the ability to build pre-orders. The Pre-Order app allows us to rectify this problem! This app allows us to know what our customers want and allows us to manage supply with demand. Without this app, when you are sold out, you do not know that someone wants this, but now you do!

Great app! There are very few plug-ins that support Pre-Orders on Shopify. When your a new business, launching great new products, sometimes you are waiting for the next batch of inventory to arrive. There is no flexibility with the normal Shopify features, so Pre-Order Manager helps you quickly setup and communicate to your customers that they are pre-ordering and when they can expect their product to ship. So far its the best solution I've seen and works as advertised. I recommend to anyone launching new products!

This would be a great, easy to use app IF YOU COULD ACTUALLY GET IT TO WORK! You have to go through a 4 or 5 installation step program to get it to work, two of which involve code both in Shopify and Chrome! To make things worse it was developed by guys who don't speak English so the poorly translated instructions are confusing and hard to follow. Second, they assume you know something of code so they make many code references and you have no idea what they are referring to. I watched their install video, too. I have a PhD and I couldn't get it to work. My hat is off to those who succeeded. Do I blame the developers? No, I blame Shopify. This is such an obvious common need to at least half of their customers but they fobbed it off on some developer when they should have done it themselves. Now, having said that, I STILL GIVE THEM 4 STARS. Why? Because they have excellent and timely support. These guys really want your business and will work hard to keep you happy. They quickly solved my installation problem. You can't ask for more than that. And, as I said earlier, once it does work, it is a great app. You have a lot of control over how your 'pre-order' button looks.
