Great and simple app, that is free and does what it says it does. So grateful to not have to pay for this feature, when these days any added funciton in Shopify requires more $$.

Very helpful app! it's awesome!

There's times when you have items out of stock..but coming very soon...and you don't want to miss out on that sale. Pre-Order Manager is just the solution. You can take the sale and add a handy pop up note that tells customers when you'll be back in stock. This was really easy to install and we highly recommend!

This app has worked great for our store, www.atlascoolers.com! Due to the amount of orders that come through for our products, we want customers to have the option to pre-order items without the hassle of having to update our product information every time we have product available. By doing this, it gives a customer a heads up the items are not available before checkout so they will not have to follow up with us by phone or email. Before this app, we would get bombarded with emails and phone calls about where their order was because the customer had no way of knowing inventory availability and would wonder where their product was! By far one of the best apps we have added to our store. Without it, we might need staff just to answer calls!

Great app works perfectly. I know enough about computers to make myself dangerous and tried to self install.... I would recommend saving yourself the time and just opt to have the app installed for you.

App is great, perfect addition to any e-storefront, when we decided to install a new theme on our site it stopped working but within less than 24 hours, Philip from Pre Order Manager went into our html and fixed the issue without more than a simple ask. This app is horrible. It cost us tons of sales because it threw a pre order message on every product randomly after being configured properly. Your app sucks, and so does your support. IT IS BRUTAL!!! This app was working fine for a week or two, and then one day it started showing “some of the items you ordered are special order. Continue?” message to EVERY CUSTOMER, on EVERY PRODUCT, costing us over 10K in sales. We only found out because a customer called us and asked when a regularly stocked item would be in stock. I can’t risk the drop in sales from an app not functioning properly. Only gave it one star because you have to.

I paid $35 to get this app installed professionally on 14 April as I thought it was such a great idea. Unfortunately it wasn't installed properly and my cart purchase rate literally halved in the 7 weeks it's been running. I deleted it today. Perhaps you will have more success with the app than me.

Great addition to an online store - customers can now pre-order items that are due for arrival soon. And it was easily installed in a flash.

I love this app! This is exactly what we needed to be able to let customers know they are ordering an item not yet on the market and allows us to not over sell an item! This is exactly what we were looking for! A must have to any shop owner that does pre orders!

Great app. Slight teething problem but Philip sorted it out straight away. Brilliant customer service and I think this will be a great addition to our store. I definitely recommend this to keep your customers informed when stock is low. Just what we were looking for!

I would give this app 6 stars if I could! I got this app after having an awful experience with the ‘Pre-Order Me’ app (@ $9.99 pm) where the support basically didn’t want to know me, so I deleted that one and got this one for free (a perfect example of how a free app CAN be better than the paid for apps!). I downloaded it and asked for some help installing it on www.designerheater.com and Philip came back to me almost instantly, configured the app and even did some custom work for me. What a great chap. The app is perfect and the support is second to none. I cannot praise this app enough or thank Philip enough for his help. Thank you, thank you, thank you! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Its a good app, allows customers to buy out of stock items. I only wish it didnt remove the "out of stock" sticker from the product image as now my customers have to click the item before realising that it isn't in stock now but only on pre-order. I'd like the out of stock sticker to be replaced with "pre-order" or "special order" sticker. otherwise its good.

Just started incorporating this into my website. The integration was easy. One functionality I think would be useful, would be the ability to see on the dashboard, which items have the most pre-orders (by number of orders of the item and also number of clients who ordered the item). Otherwise, good app, looking forward to using it in my store. MDG
