Awesome App. Easy to install and use.

This was a very easy install and I wasn't surprised with additional cost. I have now added sever of their other apps after reading the reviews.

Awesome app, easy to set up and use thus far. Haven't had any pre-orders yet but then again have only been using for about a week. Artem and the rest of the SpurIT team were extremely helpful in setting up the Pre-Order Manager app so that it would fit in perfectly with the styling and functionality of a new theme I am developing. I did pay the $35 installation fee, but that was a steal for the level of service we received. Very responsive and helpful team!

Pretty good app, few issues that haven't gone to plan but nothing that cannot be worked around.

Vultures and nightmare is all i can say about this company. I had installed this program and it looks great (notice I said 'looks great') but their service is complete crap. They listed that they are willing to help no matter what and encourage people to send them emails for help and so forth. BUT the only thing I got was them pushing the ball back to me and asking me for payment - $45 per hour ($45 USD, yes USD) and they need 3 hours to fix my so-called problem is ludicrous. I understand the app is free but when there is a problem who do you need to seek? The ones behind the app right? That's what I did and that's what I got from them. I utterly and completely wasted my time with them. If the app had a different company things would have been better. A bunch of vultures, nothing more.

Great app to manage orders even when inventory is temporarily out. It took me a bit HTML coding to install and deactivate it though. When I deactivated it for all products there seemed to be a bit buggy and I had to stop taking orders when stock is out to make my site works normal again. Hope it will be a little easier.

I am happy I came across the Pre-Order Manager app as I was looking for something like this for my store. It is easy to use and I recommend any one who has an online store to use it.

Very useful app for those who often run out of stock but want to keep orders coming for popular products!
