Works as advertised. Perfect for our need to allow customers to pick up an order. A bit tricky to get set up, but support was responsive and helpful!

Pretty easy to use, but has reverted back to default settings once.. Hopefully only the once! Also, needs to have more settings options - you can't offer more details to customers if needed (order confirmation, what to do next etc.). Otherwise, reasonably easy to use.

I started by installing this app on my slower store. It worked perfectly so I chose to install on my second store that has a much higher traffic volume. The customer service has been great so far in responding to my questions and they are integrating with the other apps I use. The other store pick up app that I was using before was really expensive and still glitchy with integration. Would definitely recommend this one over the other two I have tried.
