The installation is easy and the app delivers as it should. I had a slight problem, because there was a conflict in my theme.liquid which was promptly and fast resolved by the Secomapp support team. Big thumbs up for Secomapp.

Haven't had the chance to use this app yet. Our products are shipped from a different location so it would be nice to be able to assign the amount of inventory that can be picked up at another location.

Great Interface. Does what it says and easy to use. Customer support is awesome if you ever run into issues!

Secomapp's Store Pickup app works great, has decent customization, and adds functionality to Shopify that we required before we could move to this platform. Their support team is excellent and has been able to help solve any issues we encountered while configuring our store.

If you're like me and looking for a simple store pickup option with a schedule, your search ends here. I tried them all and wasted a lot of time with popular apps that really messed up my checkout. I wish I found this sooner, it is simple and perfect and the price is very fair. Great customer service too! Responded and helped me within 12 hours.

I'm hoping there is a way that if there is no location within 100 miles that we would only allow the the customer to have the items shipped. I tested out of the box and it doesn't offer this. We have about 100 locations where someone can pickup our products but don't necessarily have a driving location within 100 miles in some areas. I tried to do this with Zapiet and they couldn't do it either. Zapiet's doesn't even have the option to enter a zip code so you at least have that going for you. Maybe they can customize it but I like how yours has it out of the box. If you can customize or meet our requirements...I'll surely give you 5 stars.

In theory this app would be great. Setup was reasonably easy and the user interface is nice. However, there are some fundamental flaws that are out of Secomapp's control and are Shopify checkout limitations. The app uses Javascript in the Google Analytics extra script to try to hide the shipping options during checkout that are not applicable to the customer based on whether they chose Shipping or Pickup in the cart. But this does not always work and we had many customers somehow choose the local pickup "free" shipping option during checkout when they did need it shipped. We ended up spending so much time fixing these orders and sending additional invoices to collect shipping that it just became not worth it. We uninstalled the app and now just ask customers to write a note on the cart page saying "pickup in store" and we then manually refund the shipping in these cases. The Secomapp folks are super responsive to technical issues and are very helpful. We continue to use their store locator app and are very happy with it.

Great app!!! I needed some custom feature which the app didn't have built in, BUT Secomapp was able and willing to add custom code to accomplish my need. They performed the work very quickly as well!!.. A++ for customer care and support! Great app and Great Company!!

*updated 15/11/2017 - Had a few hiccups when change of theme, problem taken care fast by Nicolas. Once again the support is just fast and customization request are done fast too. It just amazing support. Great app!! Great support from Luna with fast response and action. We were using a different app before and just migrated to this app. Hope to get more feature soon.

Great app and easy to set up. They also have absolutely amazing customer service! They are quick and are willing to actually run updates to the entire app based on your request. The app could be improved with a few new features (e.g. Exporting orders, mass printing), but is great to use for now and they are happy to develop workarounds for every user.
