We are very glad that we have this robust app as one of the backbones of our store. The whole suite of features from customer reviews, loyalty incentives, emails workflow, customer experience mapping, etc. are helping us attract and retain customers as we grow the business. The customer service is beyond amazing - quick turnaround time, clear communication, professional and courteous, and most importantly, always there to resolve/address the issues/concerns impacting our business efficiently!

I think we are just scratching the surface of this app by using only popup and email workflow for now. But it has lot many features that we need to discover and setup correctly. The customer service is great. The app paid for itself in just a week since we were able to recover few abandoned carts. Look forward to use further features as it's been just a couple weeks. Will update my review with more feedback later.

Asked if they could reduce to the size of the loyalty widget for better visibility on my mobile phone. They said it's not possible. I don't believe that at all. Anything in a website can have the size changed. They don't want to help me for unknown reasons. Now insisting I get on the phone with them. Refusing to discuss over email. Very unprofessional. Now have to report them to Shopify and figure out how to remove the app that is fully imbedded in my website.

Absolutely ridiculous. They charge $58 a month for the "$29/month plan". I was charged the subscription charge of $29 PLUS another $29 for a "usage fee" when I haven't had the chance to use the app yet. Not to mention, Shopify came back two days later to charge me for next month's bill in advance so I'm being charged $116. This is insane and unethical. If you're going to charge a usage fee at least prorate based on actual usage. I haven't logged in my store in a month to even set up your app.

This app is a great all in one option for many aspects of my store. I have tried a bunch of apps for loyalty, reviews, emails, etc... and, in the end I came back to this app to handle them all. The customer service is great as well! Send a message and your issue or concern is handled quickly and professionally. I am anxious for this app to grow and help me find new ways to attract and keep customers coming to my store! I’d like to send a special shout out to Preetam for putting up with my constant questions! (I am a little OCD sometimes )

Extremely customer friendly userface and easy to use app. Most importantly, the most amazing customer service - they helped me with all the little details and put a lot of time and effort to my demanding questions. Would highly recommend them and the app!

This app is not free, nor is there a free plan. This is false advertising. WHen I signed in I was blocked from accessing the free plan and paid plans were offered. If I wanted to sign up for a paid plan I would have clicked on others that actually had the prices laid out.

AiTrillion has been a great way to communicate with customers. I am able to get great insight on my customer on what they are looking for. There support is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable to help setup when I changed my theme and needed to add AiTrillion to the new theme.

The single most value for money app to grow your business from day 0. Support is almost always available. Havent taken more than a couple of hours in solving any issues I had. Highly recommended.

this is a complex app full of really cool features. It's slightly daunting to go through them, but they will set it up for you. I went back in and tweaked a little here and there to make it more my brand. I've been really happy with the service and how it performs. *they DO bribe you for a 5 star review in exchange for emails, and are sort of pushy with it. I don't do bribes for reviews, and gave myself some time to live with this app, use it, and see how my clients respond to it, and I've been very pleased. I don't use the email platform, since I prefer using mailchimp, so the email bribery doesn't mean much to me ;-)

I know little about computer apps and this was recommended, it has everything I need thou it has taken awhile to work around it but the customer service helping me has been absolutely fantastic, if only other tech companies treated their customers the same way, it would make life so much easier. Highly recommended!

Takes a little time to find your way around, but amazing app, with so many options put together! It really saves on installing a load of different apps. Support answer and resolve issues impressively fast.

Great app and great support! Has really helped our website. Every issue has resulted in almost immediate action, and the team are happy to recode any problems straight away - such a great service (shout out to Preetam). There are a few things that can be worked on to make it more sophisticated such as their email automation process and being able to display reviews by star rating... but every feature is great and it is good value for money! Recommend 100%
