Reviews for AiT: Loyalty, Email, Review Ai

There are SO MANY features available that I'm still finding new ones but the reason why I'm writing this review is the customer service. I don't know if they have 24/7 availability or what but every time I've asked a question, day or night, I have NEVER gotten an automated response. With a couple minutes, a real live person comes on to help me with my problem. I was looking for an app that I could do loyalty rewards and referrals but this does so much more and for CHEAPER than everyone else. I can see using this permanently. Please give them a try!

I have been using this app since April 2020. Have found the support to be good and the usually respond to the chat (might depend on time of day). I love how easily the Loyalty seems to work with the POS. I am happy to get email, loyalty rewards and other features all in one. The price is also excellent.

I love this app I’m very much so a beginner at this so this app makes it a lot easier for me to interact with my customers

I must say that this app is amazing and have several features to help your business. I’ve been using the free version just to test things out before going live again. I would definitely recommend AiTrillion to anyone in business!

It completely messed up settings of my store. Confirmed by a Shopify expert, it just randomly changed formatting of my product descriptions. I wanted to use the app for email marketing. It is not optimized for mobile (in 2020?!), the quality of the pictures is absolutely terrible and the design was also pretty bad. Sorry for such a bad review, but these are my feelings and experience.

I have used the free version of this app for a few months now and it has some really nice features! The rewards scheme is comprehensive and the reviews system is great too! Even tho I have swapped away from the AItrillion reviews due to the theme I still use it to gather reviews to export onto the other review system! My only gripe is the large AItrillion branding on the rewards scheme but it's a small price to pay for what is a great free suite of tools! Thank you AItrillion

This app is fantastic an it has so many functionalities that you find on multiple individual apps. I love it and good work. The support is also fantastic as well. Definitely recommend

This is such a wonderful app! Requested some assistance for email marketing and after 5 mins I was all set up. Plus it has so much features! Highly recommend. I have downloaded other apps previously and I reckon this app Ai Trillion is by far the best suited for me. It's really easy to use, the process is brilliantly crafted, and for a "layman" like myself, all the "ready templates" are a so useful. Thank you to the brilliant people at Ai Trillion and the customer support team is so, so amazing too. Very helpful and sorted out my little coding thingy within a short period of time. Definitely a must have app for any new/existing website. Highly recommend.

I use this app for a couple of months now, it's amazing, easy to use and its templatised, very well thought of process. Saved quite a few abandoned carts too. So far so good. Though would be nice to only have the sidebar reviews appear on certain pages. Same goes for the sidebar rewards, not soemthing ideally visible all the time

So far I'm loving this feature rich app, and the price point it much lower than most apps that have 1/2 of the included features! Support has also been excellent.

This is the Swiss Army knife of app, it has everything you could ask for. Really has helped us with marketing our site and getting good traffic. also have some great customer 24/7 service too.

I have gone through searching for the best app with all features and I ended up decided that this was far perfect yet comes economical. Full of functionalities and being versatile can bring a lot of help.

No support at all. I asked question couple days ago but no reply. gotta delete app. I would rather pay than having free with no support at all. For your reply : Why didn't you also state that your staff did reply to me "AFTER" I delete your app and "AFTER" I reviewed 1 star. Clearly that you have to improve your investigation or using some windows of opportunity to justify your app. I don't know who reply this review but your staff who contact me "AFTER" I delete your app was doing a great job. In brief, in my point of view level of support still terrible. Mainly because "NONE OF THE RESPONSE FROM YOU UNTIL I DID NEGATIVE ACTION" For anyone want to try AiTrillion is just fine but COUNT ME OUT!!!
