Great support, easy to use. The one thing I needed help setting up so far (DKIM settings) they were able to give me clear instructions that solved the problem.

This app is overwhelmingly inclusive of just about everything I need...in a good way! With all of the moving parts it takes a minute to get acclimated and that where the A1 customer service comes in...you have to try this app, you won't be disappointed. Not to mention, I received a phone call a few days after I downloaded the app from the customer success department to get a feel for my needs and to let me know that their team would be there to help with the onboarding and anything else I need. You can't beat Great Customer Service!!!

This is quite a robust app so we needed help implementing some of the modules. It was a great customer service experience!

I use this app for all email marketing and website popups. It is easy to navigate once you get the hand of it. I needed help on a few things that I didn't understand but the guys over at AI Trillion were amazing! They always responded by email with different sources/videos that you can watch on their site to help you with whatever problem that you may have. They will also do a zoom call with you with screen share if you need assistance on something that you can't find. I highly recommend this app and working with this team!

Very easy to install and setup. The support is great, I've explained the problem I had ( Live-chat button overlapping the 'get to the top' button on mobile ) in an email, and they 'surprised me' in a day or two with my buttons remotely moved around and spaced out great, awesome app and awesome support!

Love AiTrillion, tons of functions. And customer support is always quick and to the point. No need to subscribe multiple apps since AiTrillion literally has it all.

Very easy app to install and customise. Customers seem to love interacting with it and there's a definite boost in traffic. Great support available too.

My popups don't even show, and it's false advertising its not a free app good features cost money. Like I think the app is broken

Only two days into using this, a steep learning curve but well documented, and the support has been very efficient and fast in both instances I requested help. I think this is excellent value for money and I look forward to seeing how these integrations help my Shopify store.

I'm still getting used to this app (there is so much to learn!) so for now I will leave it at 4 stars with room for another star. I've needed help with two issues and they were resolved in a timely manner. For me, customer service is so important and so far, so good with Ai.

I have installed the app on my store and requested them to setup configuration. They did it very quickly with some customization which I requested. I'll post updated review after 1 month usage.

So basically this app is so efficient. Especially for new e-commerce business. It helped me with my web push notifications. Email handling. Reviews and most importantly the support system to help implement any coding or settings to enhance your customers experience. Out of all apps I’ve used since becoming a e-commerce business owner this has to be ones of the best and most highly recommended !

The app functionality is great. The support is even better. Had an issue, emailed them, they solved it quickly.

This app does not offer a 'Preview' option or even a 'Go Live' option. These are standard in order for stores to see what features they've implemented. I signed up for a customer account in my store (Offered by Shopify) to see what the features were. There are absolutely none! No newsletter or exit intent pop-ups, no loyalty rewards or new arrivals pop-up; all of which I setup & should be live. Yet when I log into my admin dashboard it shows that the customer account I created had interacted. Proving this are false analytics in the admin dashboard. When I reached out to support asking how to see a preview of what I setup they sent me a demo video & said if I wanted to preview the features or receive further assistance I would need to upgrade to the paid plan. I told them I cannot justify paying for something I cannot even preview first to see if it works properly. They then requested to access my store in order to set up the app on a preview theme. I am not granting collaborator access to my store. This app seems to be an all in one solution, one that I would even consider paying monthly for, had I been able to see that basic features worked. As I said, upon testing this as a customer I saw absolutely nothing on my website. Without a way to preview this how can I be sure it works. Why is previewing this a paid feature when that is standard on all apps prior to going live? 3 stars because my experience proved poor.

Reallly great company to work with. Super quick and responsive, they address your needs quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them if you are considering building your business with them!

I love how this app has the entire marketing package. It’s extremely convenient and beneficial. As a mom, having something that isn’t time consuming is a major plus. I’m confident the services will help my business grow. The customer service representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I reached out for help sooner!

What is wrong with the app.? I was charged $1299 by showing $0.00 or a free trial. I instantly removed the app. This is really really bad and a cheap way to deduct money.
