There are a lot of features to this app and it's taking some time to get things set up but the customer service has been very responsive and helpful when I have reached out. So far so good!

So far I am really enjoying all the features and easy configuration options as well as the Customer Service! I had a couple questions and was immediately able to speak with Namit for over an hour. He happily answered all my questions and gave me a lot of good information on how to find additional answers to commonly asked questions about setting up an Affiliate program.

I use this app to run my email campaign and it is good for us. The integration between loyalty, email, and all its features is very tight-knit and the support is great as well!

This company is Awesome! In addition to assisting with me with my Ai Trillion Experience, I had an issue with my Email records which is not really associated with Ai Trillion but because it was a business related issue, the rep (Namit) spent 2 days with me to ensure that my business email was in working order so I can resume business as usual....Talk about EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I highly recommend this app but more importantly the Customer Service Support! Thanks!!!

I have had this app for awhile but have not used/understood many of the features. I reached out and Namit had a zoon meeting with me. He was VERY knowledgeable, patient and showed me exactly how to use some of the phenomenal features available with Ai Trillion.. Thank you Namit

This app is sort of all in one. The customer service was good. I had a question and somebody from their team helped me with the issue.

This app offers a lot of capability. The AIT team is very responsive and helpful when needing assistance.

This app has worked out fantastic for me! I highly recommend the app and its support team. I love that I don't have to slow down my site with a bunch of separately installed apps running inefficiently. I also very much appreciate the Ai Trillion service that I've received. Not only have they bent over backward to support customizations that I've requested, but they have remained very patient with me. I am not a techie person and this is my first e-commerce store/website. Their support team has been and continues to be, very responsive! Highly recommend.

Love the app especially for pop ups and review automation. Could give more for the $9 package though.

Really good app and amazing customer service! They are always quick to answer and really helpful with all the occuring issues.

I was having a lot of issues with the app connecting to shopify. They were very helpful in assisting me and getting it to work! Friendly people helping me as well. I gave it a 3 because of the issues I've had and the fact that after support they are so pushy to get a review, I get almost daily emails about it. I'm only giving this review to stop those emails.

Good app but greedy billing and Rip off ! they auto upgrade you if you go beyond the treshold , they cannot generate a report of what customer counts are , unethical practices despite hacing several conversations , extremely complex and time consuming to remove customers from system we will report this to shopify compliance team , there is no problem with the app but the people running it are a big problem.

It is very easy to use this app. It has beautiful free templates. The customer staff do respond on time to concerns.

Very patient support from Preetam as I am not very tech savvy at all. I am on the free subscription at the moment & everything has been working well.

I used this app to help me create customer reviews as well as set up customer loyalty points. Very east and overall great experience!

I got AiTrillion to help me take my business from a simple store to a superstore. It is great for growing your already successful store into a thriving store that is based on a creative and constructive experience for the customer. I was also impressed with the level of merchant support. In the future, I hope they continue to update and evolve their app to make it easier for the merchants to integrate other tools etc. Overall, I am grateful for coming across this app and am excited to see how it continues to help my store thrive.

I'm still testing and weighing the features against apps I was already using but so far, I've switched to their web push and loyalty features. I am now considering the email feature and switching my announcement bar needs b/c it would eliminate two apps for me. My chat and product reviews are already covered by apps that I really like but I may review at a later date. The 5 stars so far are for the features I have switched too, the ease of doing so, the extensive options for both the rewards and web push. I especially like all the reward earning options, tier options and the templates for the web push...those items alone made it an easy decision for me. The 5-stars are also for their support help. I contacted them with 2 issues/questions and came up with 2 more during our conversation since Preetam was so helpful and patient. I am going to seek out a roadmap or some type of updates on what's coming next. I'm hoping I will find some sort of mobile app option...I know that's a tall order but it would super helpful Otherwise, I hope this is the beginning of a great partnership! Thank you AiTrillion for a great app that covers so much and Preetam for your help! 11.27.2020 - Had a good experience with support again today...the day after Thanksgiving. I'm so glad they were there to offer help. We were able to resolve the issue that was mainly based on having duplicate sendgrip cname settings...issue resolved. Thanks again Preetam! Update 4.6.2021- I am now using the review app in addition to the web push and loyalty rewards app. I still really like this app. The number of features it has available and the cost over value make it a no-brainer for my shop. Customer service is very responsive and helpful as well. Give it a try if you haven't already!

This app is literally going to save me $400 in other app fess, AND ITS A BETTER PRODUCT! They also have AMAZING customer service. Im in the process of getting rid of at least 4 apps! This is possibly the best app value wise that we have purchased! Big appreciation from FragrantBodyOilz
