I recently used the "Air Reviews" app on my Shopify store, and I must say that it is one of the best review apps out there. I give 10 stars to Esther from the customer service and 2 stars to the app. Esther was very polite and gave me great help today. But the app itself is not working correctly and there are a lot of problems with it. If you don't want to waste your time, better look for an alternative. I installed the app in another shop and couldn't import the csv file from the lооx app because the format doesn't fit. I then installed another app and my file downloaded in one minute. Today in this shop I had a hard time uploading a review from aliexpress. I finally succeeded only because Esther helped me a lot. Thank you so much Esther!

As a newbie, I had a lot of struggle with importing my Etsy reviews to Shopify store. Esther was on top of it, fixed everything and guided me to the results. Very satisfied!
