A good app so far. Significantly, the customer support executive Liz is sweet, responsive, and supportive. There is one bug: the review author's name does not appear when the logged-in user reviews your Shopify store. Their tech team seems to be looking into it

I give 10 stars to Esther from the customer service and 2 stars to the app. Esther was very polite and gave me great help today. But the app itself is not working correctly and there are a lot of problems with it. If you don't want to waste your time, better look for an alternative. I installed the app in another shop and couldn't import the csv file from the lооx app because the format doesn't fit. I then installed another app and my file downloaded in one minute. Today in this shop I had a hard time uploading a review from aliexpress. I finally succeeded only because Esther helped me a lot. Thank you so much Esther!
