The application is easy to use and implement to website. Customer support is very responsive and helpful as well.

It's a really user friendly app and their customer support executive ABBY was really helpful with the issue I had.

so far it is 5 star, got help right away, easy to get set up and like the way it is on my store. Sunny was very helpful for the short time i had to talk due to being at work.

This is an updated review after few weeks of use. In the very begining the app itself had few issues with integrating but thanks to the support everything was fixed and worked perfectly within couple of hours. Liz from the support team was superb and very quick to solve problems. Hana is another support which I worked with for few times, she is very helpful and super fast to make any changes. I didnt have any problems but contacted Hana to make changes to features which she did in less then 2 minutes. Overall this app is very good as it allows reviews with pictures unlike many others. Highly recommend

I just installed the app, and I was trying to figure out how to import reviews from AliExpress on my own, but I got stuck. Then I contacted Emily and she showed me step-by-step how to import reviews from AliExpress. All thanks to her patience and understanding, I finally knew how to do that. Thank you Emily for your assistance.
