I encountered some troubles in the invoice and refund list. Fennic is very helpful in solving my problem.

Experience problem this morning, contacted support Fennic and thinking to give it a day to solve it (that's how the other app work) in fact, they respond immediate and have it fixed immediately. First time contacted support for help and it was an amazing experience! And also I love the way it allowed us to customize the invoice template into the style matching our brand with very simple steps!

I love the app. It does everything I need. I can set up the look of invoices the way i want. I can add a logo in it. I can export all invoices from filters for specific dates, or other filters. SO for now I love everything about it :) Fennic is the one that helped me in the app chat. thanks

I really prefer this invoice program over the standard shopify invoice. much better customization options

support center is so good , especially Fennic but it's better that if i can setup variable things on myself not asking support center everytime.
