App is very easy to use to create invoices. Customer service excellent too- quick to respond and resolved any issues.

Ik heb een proefperiode voor deze app afgesloten, maar deze na een paar dagen stopgezet. Ondanks dat ik op het einde van de periode zeer goed ben geholpen door medewerkster Rainy, werk ik niet meer met deze app om de volgende redenen: - support alleen per email bereikbaar. (In de periode van implementatie is dat niet wenselijk). - trage reactie van support (ingegeven door mondiale tijdzones) - onvoldoende antwoord op mijn implementatie vragen - begeleidende email is niet naar eigen inzicht in te regelen: zo is het niet mogelijk om paragrafen te creëren, alle tekst wordt 'plat' achter elkaar weergegeven.

I installed this app to generate packing list and invoice. The invoice and packing list look amazing and professional. I submitted a ticket and it was resolved right away. Great customer support!

I have tried almost all of the invoice creator applications and none of them offers the same functionality (invoice mail automation), template selection, or the same quality of support.

We use this app to automatically generate and email PDF invoices to our external warehouse. For that purpose, it is a very usefull app which I would most definitely recommend. Their support is also very responsive and proactive

App does not function correctly - if there is a change to the order it just adds the cost of the new item and does not reflect removed items. No response from developer on issue. ***Update - Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars*** After posting 2-star review , a flurry of activity from the developer ensued to rectify the issue. They were able to login under a collaborator account and fix the issue right away. It seems to be working now and I am revising my review.

Fantastic app, exactly what I needed. Invoices created automatically, great template design and I can also print and save the invoice if needed. Amazing customer service they very quickly and efficiently solved my issues and added an option to download the invoice on the confirmation email from shopify. Great value too

This app makes it super easy for customers (especially B2B) to easily download a PDF copy of their invoice directly from their order confirmation. When I needed to have the company name of customers added to the invoice template, the developer promptly responded and made that change for me. Great app, easy to use . You can choose the info you want in your invoice, translate in different languages and when you have an issue helpdesk is fantastic! I strongly recommend.

I wanted to change the default print template. Couldn't figure out how to do it through the app, so I reached out to customer support. Within an hour or two, they sent over a revised version, asked if it was what I needed. It was mostly perfect, with one item still needing to be changed. In less than 12 hours from the time I reached out, they had resolved my problem and made changes to my default template for me. This was great! Not just sending a link to "here's how to do what you need." But rather they actually did it for me. Thanks!
