Deze app is een aanrader! Met deze app kun je geweldige facturen laten aanmaken. Facturen die worden meegestuurd als bijlage maar tevens via een downloadlink. Met een link naar een factuur is de kans kleiner dat de email in map ongewenste items terecht komt. Dan is Avada als organisatie ook een aanrader. De helpdesk is dag en nacht bereikbaar, snel, willen je graag helpen en leveren geweldige ondersteuning. Mij meest actuele vraagstuk over enkele aanpassingen in layout van factuur zijn door Marcus van Helpdesk top afgehandeld. Niets dan lof.

Mon expérience avec le support en ligne a été très satisfaisant dès le premier contact. La personne a été charmante et compétente ! J'ai rencontré en souci à cause de mon navigateur, et Liz, du support a été très efficace et a trouvé la solution rapidement ;-). L'appli à l'air d'être pratique, je suis satisfaite de ma première prise en main.

The app works great. Sometimes it has troubles, but very quicky reply from Customer support and so helpful.

Marcus and Fennic are absolute stars, I did not think I could have the layout as I wanted, as I wanted the 20% Vat to be inclusive of the total price and he sorted this for me. I have read on forums this could not be done but he did it, I am very happy.
