Great app, really easy to use and the support team have been very quick to reply to my emails. Compliments aftership app really well. Needs a few more features to be perfect, but I believe these are on the roadmap. Tim

This app does just what it says it does, plus it's free. I'm very happy! Now my store's returns process is organized and functioning as it should. My customers are clear on how to return items and don't normally feel the need to email me and ask what to do. I like the fact that everything is documented and professional. I had one small issue, and it was resolved right away. Their customer service is excellent. Thank you!

best returns app im looking for. A Great extension after " Tracking & Delivery Updates by AfterShip " App. You create a Returns page that includes returns policy, instructions, Q&A, Rather than a page with just 2 text boxes. the content is customisation. Simple Straightforward Returns Process, Check out https://returns.aftership.com/rytrend.com oh, the only downside is you cant create Custom URLS unlime their " tracking and Delivery" app, you may have noticed from the link .. its a seperate website But the The developer responded quickly, listened to my suggestions and made some improvements and is in the process of adding the Custom URL Feature. test it out at my site Rytrend.com, tough you will have to buy something first :-)
