Great app but What about exchanges ? As a small business we shouldn't be focused on returning money back but instead finding the correct item for that customer. Please add an exchange feature and ill pay 9.99 a month haha

Easy setup, seamless integration. A quality build that will (hopefully) never need to be used, but provides customers quick access in the event of any problems occurring. 5 Stars!!

Love the app! Exceeded my expectations but needs to be more customizable. Looking forward to future enhancements.

so far very good for what it does

As we offer a 30-day returns policy we get quite a few returns which can get messy to try and handle. Returns Center by AfterShip streamlines this process with an easy to set up, professional back end to manage each return. We're very happy with the app!

Wonderful tool to work with, very easy to install and navigate. Am still working on customizing it and it has not given me any issues so far. And again it is very easy to customize it. Highly recommended!

Love this returns center app. It's easy to use and help me keep track of returned items.

Good APP! Does the job we needed!

Great considering how new this is. Seems to work reasonably well. Fre suggestions to the developer team: - we need more branding options - it would be great to be able to modify and localize everything - it would be great if we could attach an return shipping label in to the email sent to customer, as we now have to send an separate email with the label. Creates confusion for the customers and means extra work.

Less Limitations on the Rules for Returns - other apps make you use their rules so works great for us.

Easy to set up, I think it will save a lot of time and as automated no need for emails back and forward. Looks good having a Return Centre added.

Great App! Must Have Shopify App for any stores which has returns more than 3% of total orders as it manages the whole returns process. It also makes those buyers which might not return to store return because of systematic returns center. Some updates like Adding logo and background or bar colors could be a great to make it 100% perfect. You can also make a custom domain like returns.yourdomain.com which is quite cool. Once again so many thanks to Aftership team. Great people.

Excellent app. No coding needed and works right away. Suggestion: Please create a functionality to allow Customers to upload a picture of their damaged or defective items as proof.

I can not thank the support team at Aftership enough for working through all the questions and the special request that I have had for both the new returns app. The Aftership returns app offers a clean user interface for my customer to process returns request. I can't wait till they get the added features up and running for further customization. Keep up the great work Aftership.

This is very great app working perfect, only need variuos changes and all other features working perfect

Overall, this is a great app which allows you to add a fully functioning returns centre to your website. It works simply but is effective. We get a high level of returns being in plus size fashion, and this has cut down customer contact around the process which is fab. In the future it would be great if this was more customisable however. 1. The ability to add branding such as logo to the returns info page 2. The ability to amend and customise (the text at minimum) on the emails sent out to customers. 3. The ability to customise the url to one which is in the stores domain, rather than an aftership url. At the moment it suits us as it is, however long term we will have to stop using the app because of the lack of customisation as it portrays a small brand image I feel. However as a free app you dont get much better so thank you.

Tried this app and it's well designed.This is going to make it easier for my customers to process any returns that they need to process.

Solid app and extremely easy to use. Once the shipping labels are generated automatically from the customer end this will easily be a 5 star knockout. Can't wait.

Super easy set up and a fantastic app idea! Return policies are already written out so you can leave as is or modified. This will be a real time saver if returns are requested! Thank you!
