I was in love with this app but sadly they are discontinuing this one and make you pay a lot for a new one which is worse and more complicated. Very disappointing. I will look for another app

The app works well but really needs the option to let people enter their phone number to search for their order. We are still having to manually handle returns where people checked out with a phone number only. Edited to add that this app is apparently being discontinued. In the meantime it's difficult to access the dashboard because there are constant pop ups asking us to upgrade to the paid version.

Awesome app but extremely disappointed they are discontinuing it and making you pay like $40 a month for the new one.

This AfterShip app is very user friendly. Any app that is easy to navigate wins me over. So far, i plan on using it for my business and will recommend this to my other business partners.

Liked it before the mandatory switch and sign up to something different. This version will no longer be available after April 30th.

Nice app but how cant i translate it all in french?

It is very good for a basic returns application.And it is free as well.The thing is that I haven't had any returns yet to know what it is like.

Cant tell so much yet, im new in this and is hopeful about how the app is working!

Easy to set up for all channals

Useful app. Simple integration and clear instructions.

Very easy return management. However the only downside is, it's a little difficult to customize the return page with our store's return policy and you can only access customer service through email and they take about 24hrs + to respond. We ended up having to use our own developer to and alter the code which isn't very user friendly.

This app is very organized, and we would've loved to use it, but it does not generate return shipping labels.

This has a nice interface and is free and helps easily facilitate returns. Returns can be a difficult thing for any business and anything that makes it easier helps. Thanks.

Really very well done, I really like this app. Aftership very good application. We can put the right policies back without any problem. Very good idea

The app is free, but it doesn't mean that it was done bad. We use their Aftership plugin for tracking and we added this because the other app was so amazing. Returns is a pain and this provides a great way. Very easy interface, my only issue is that I wish it was more customizable.

It is just as simple as their video shows. I am glad I came across this app. I am just starting and cannot afford to pay monthly on apps, so I saw AfterShip. Easy to install, edit and implement. You wont be disappointed. So far I am happy with it. No issues as this point. Thank you AfterShip for the free app :-) Makes returns easy

FREAKIN AWESOME! It is a powerful thing to be able to offer RETURNS right from my Shopify Store and it is so easy for the customer to use as well! Really cuts down your time on the phone or e-mailing customers back about issues! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
