I am using this app to help manage returns for me. There is quite a bit of setting up to do but the customer service and online assistance is excellent. I received all the assistance I needed to resolve issues and set up my services from a friendly and professional Aftership team member.

Whilst trying to set this app up, I had questions and the cutomer service chat was really helpful. They explained everything I needed to know and made the whole experience easy.

The app is working out good so far and the support is great. However, if they would allow more style customization, that would be great.

really good support and really helpful. The platform is nice but not good translate in french, after you can do it yourself easely!

I still have to start to use the app, but at the moment I can say amazing assistance from the operators. About the app, it looks very complete with good possibility of customization.
