Aftership is allowing us two accomplish a user friendly linkage of Southeast Asia courier data into the tracking portal, which is saving us a good deal of time. It is also allowing us to facilitate partial order fulfillment. This allows us to keep our subscribers up-to-date.

I recently got super frustrated with the lack of being able to track packages in one clean place. Occasionally, I run into package delays or errors and I wished I had a screen that would display all my packages in one clean UI and simultaneously allow me to get a better overview of my stores shipping times. I struggled to find an app or a site that would do this easily. Then I found AfterShip. It's absolutely fantastic, not only that but even though I'm using the free version, the company added a custom API pretty much just for me so I could track international packages that ship though APC postal logistics. This app and their customer support is on point and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. Because of them, I get up to the minute updates on all my packages and I can notify customers immediately that theres an issue to reduce returns/complaints about possibly slow shipping times. It's wonderful!

Wow this is incredibly easy! Such quick and nimble tools to track shipments, stay informed on shipment status, and most importantly make sure that customers know when they can expect the shipment to arrive. The only thing worse is being surprised by a surprised customer and AfterShip solves both of those cases in one efficient app. A must-have for every shop owner. Mathieu and his team are excellent to work with.

A simple, yet great App that works perfectly and clearly. Wasn't as straight forward installing as I would have liked, however, support was great so can't complain! Happily recommend

Look, we love Aftership but coming from Wordpress + Woocommerce to Shopify was a slight disappointment with the integration. We only say this because we use some Chinese couriers like China Post, EMS, S.F. Express etc... When selecting "other" it actually populates it as a TNT # or Fedex #. They do have a work around for this which has been explained. You would enter their shortcode like... China-Ems#_________CN manually. While slightly annoying it does still get the job done and relays to the premium customer notification service perfectly fine. Besides this minor inconvenience that is the "other" feature, aftership still rocks!

I think this app is one of the more useful free apps on shopify, its especially helpful when your customers are awaiting a delivery and you are able to tell them when to expect it, it gives your website a much more professional feel. thanks for the great app guys love annmarie reddie @mums-beauty-club
