After trying other the tracking apps in the Shopify app store, (Tracktor/ Trackr) AfterShip is the best in terms of versatility and customization. Now I can easily see where all my packages are on a single screen and I especially love the auto e-mail notifications to customer. Seems to work well. Aftership website could do with a bit more functionality to allow admin tasks. Had the problem that after importing 200 tracking details it then asked us as part of the setup to create email alerts, when you do this it then says you need to upgrade to the premium service. That is fair enough but it then doesn't send the email alerts out to customers as you had imported the tracking details before upgrading. A bit stupid and no way to resend alerts. To make matters worse there is then no bulk way to delete tracking numbers, so that you can reimport them and the system will send out email alerts to customers. In the end we had to delete each one manually which took about 1hr. A hassle and waste of time but now seems to be working well.

A necessity to ensure customer satisfaction. I sync my amazon and ebay tracking numbers directly in as well. Big Picture Thinking app.

Just installed the app! Have been finding something like this which supports Indian courier companies for a while. Finally i have found AfterShip which sends out sms's to our customers once we update the tracking number.! Thanks AfterShip. :)

This is an awesome app that imports my orders and prints off the customs and package labels that I need for each order. It also does the shipping calculations and has a lot of really good and useful options. It is a little difficult to get up and running, but that is if you are trying to do it yourself. Fortunately the TrueShip help is amazing. They are immediate and were able to help me set up and troubleshoot and have been nothing, but wonderful. I really appreciate this app and the techs behind it. Thank you.

Great app, good looking and easy to use. Installed on Shopify and connected to autoimport tracking numbers shows to do what it promises. It allows to add to the store an element which makes it more practical and professional, with benefits both the customer and the seller that does not waste more time on the phone... I read that it would be appreciated for the translation in additional languages ​​, I think it would be useful to provide a template to fill out , I would do it today for the Italian.

Great looking and easy to use App with a pay as you go model! It really helps as Shopify doesn't have built in support for some of the freight companies we use, but AfterShip does!
