A "wow" app. We sell on multiple marketplaces in addition to Shopify and our customer ratings have lately said things like "the best communication I ever had." We all experience lost packages. They become costly when we have to overnight a replacement. Aftership catches problems and alerts you and (optionally) the customer. One suggestion to make a great app even better -- when a shipment expires, or if there is no scan on a new order within a set period (1-2 days), maybe send a "watch list" to the store owner just as a heads up that there might be trouble ahead. Can't say enough good things about this app and the service I received when I initially had questions.

Great app! Their customer support answered me quickly and precisely. They cover Correios of Brazil and they are willing to accept integration with other courriers upon request. The system works on "install and forget" mode, but you can also edit the e-mails and monitor all your shipment status from the dashboard page.
