We are not yet on Shopify (in progress) but we will already improve the customer experience by using AfterShip. The customizable email notifications are just enough for us to tell that this app is just perfect for us and our customers.

Very useful App, easy to use and full of handy features. Support has been excellent too, would highly recommend. Upgrading to Premium is entirely viable as you are only charged per customer notification/trigger and the rates are very reasonable.
