Can't really say too much as only been using for a few days but for a free app this seems to be the balls. Just the fact that you can add a personal tracking page to your website is huge. I'm sure it's going to be a blessing going forward.

I'm still trying to figure out how this app works but from what I'm seeing it really has solved many of the challenges we've been having with tracking orders. Hopefully this will help us achieve some or a complete automated trackable shipment. It has always been a challenge keeping customers updated on the status of their order. Even it the shipment is going to be a week late; they still like us when we at least inform them. They hate us when they find out a week later that it's been delayed. FloorCity.com

I used the free version for about two weeks, but ultimately decided to spend the money. I have found my customers are so much happier knowing where their product is and getting the emails. I was able to customize the notifications emails a lot. Overall, it wasn't too hard to set up my own tracking page using the AfterShip instructions and this app is worth every penny. Love this app - Allows me to track all of our customer's orders with ease! Rather than individually checking each order via the courier page.

It is easy to use and sync, but it's a little difficult to see all shipment information at once.
